Terrible service. Placed an order online for a 10 piece bucket and when I went to pick it up after 45 minutes it still wasn’t ready.
They kept saying 10 minutes more over and over until finally I asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled. They didn’t really seem to care.
This is the 2nd time I’ve had to wait so long. Last time was an hour. The girl answering the phone isn’t helpful and needs some customer service training. I asked her what the specials were and she told me they didn’t have any and then rudely said that I should check the website.
Will not be coming back to this location.

Friday, November 29 I placed an order online for delivery through the KFC website was forced to pay online. I spent over $75 on my meal only to be sent somebody else’s meal worth $20 when I called the store I was repeatedly hung up on. when I finally managed to get through, They told me the driver took the wrong bag and I just have to ask for a refund online because they cannot send my food to me now. I did not understand why not so I told Them I would come and to pick my own food up. Upon arriving to the store, I asked for my delivery charge back seeing as I had to pick up my own food, and the employees of the store began laughing at me. My food was cold and over two hours late and I had to pick up my order. I have never been so Disappointed. I put in a complaint online as I was told to do and have still heard nothing from them. Do not waste your money here they will steal your money and give you no food and there’s no one to help you. I would give zero stars if I could

The other reviews are true. I ordered a 10 piece meal and what I got was badly fried chicken, overcooked and oily as heck. Some of the pieces of chicken were barely bigger than a chicken nugget and the skin and batter were flavourless. At least the chicken was hot but unfortunately the large order of fries were lukewarm as if they had been sitting around.
Don't waste your time here and just go to Popeyes instead.
