I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this KFC. The lady manager was extremely rude and arrogant when I visited with my boyfriend. Instead of being welcoming, she treated us with disrespect. On top of that, the food quality was very poor ā the chicken pieces were tiny and did not look fresh. For a well-known brand like KFC, I expected much better. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I donāt think Iāll be returning to this location.

When I raised an issue about poor quality food, instead of helping, she laughed at me, mocked me, and told me to ādo whatever you want, nothing will happen.ā This kind of arrogance and disrespect has no place in Canada. Terrible service. Placed an order online for a 10 piece bucket and when I went to pick it up after 45 minutes it still wasnāt ready.
They kept saying 10 minutes more over and over until finally I asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled. They didnāt really seem to care.
This is the 2nd time Iāve had to wait so long. Last time was an hour. The girl answering the phone isnāt helpful and needs some customer service training. I asked her what the specials were and she told me they didnāt have any and then rudely said that I should check the website.
Will not be coming back to this location.
