Not the greatest KFC around but not the worse either, thebwait times can be crazy if you order at the counter, seems like you are left behind while they take care of Uber and skip orders, if you order online for pick up, its hit or miss, sometimes its ready and other you wait 15 plus min, even though you get a couple conformation. That being said I have not had a bad experiences with the staff as they are always nice and polite. Can't blame them for being busy. As for the food, its KFC you enjoy while eating it and pay for it later 😂😂

I got here at 445 pm . Its now 530pm. Im waiting on small fries and a original chicken sandwich. They served 2 people with bigger orders that ordered AFTER ME whilestill having me wait ... they gave someone who cwme after thoae people the originak chicken sandwich they had for me... they all seem very confused. Worst experiencejve had ANYWHEREEEA. There is a 10 people that came after me snd they are still waiting.... never coming here again ..... 45 mins at a FAST FOOD place for a sandwich while watching them forget your order yime and time again is ridiculous

I am a regular customer of KFC at this location. I always ordered through online and pick up my food . It’s been disappointing for last few times how the handled my order . Last week I ordered 2 sets of slider and picked the food from their location .( order no 84819) After coming home I found only 1 set of slider was packed and another set was missing . I called and though they acknowledged the mistake but I had to again drive and pick the missing food . Today I ordered the same and while I was waiting at the counter , I noticed 1 set of sliders missing again. Upon asking, they prepared another set and again they served the wrong order.The order was for spicy one and they gave me regular sliders . Not only that I noticed they do not use any handgloves while preparing the food which is totally unhygienic and not at all accepted . This is not the standard of KFC . I am totally disappointed and disgusted.

The staff is rude and not accommodating. We placed an order using the machine and when we asked the worker how long till our order is ready it was 30 mins and we asked for a refund, they refused. They were rude to spoke to us in a condescending tone. I would never visit this location again, and would recommend the same for everyone.

Unfortunately the chicken is half cooked and the chicken itself looks half eaten 🤮 also while checking inside I noticed that spicy chicken it’s full of flour 😞 I am so disappointed with my order, I always order chicken from KFC but nowadays it gets worst..

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this KFC. The lady manager was extremely rude and arrogant when I visited with my boyfriend. Instead of being welcoming, she treated us with disrespect. On top of that, the food quality was very poor – the chicken pieces were tiny and did not look fresh. For a well-known brand like KFC, I expected much better. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Went to this KFC and honestly, the manager’s behaviour was shocking. She acted like she owned the place, laughed at me, mocked me, and said “do whatever you want, nothing will happen.”
