Went to kinton at William Kitchen Road, had Beef Spicy absolutely rich in flavor.
They were busy yet managed to have good customer service.
Pearl was the Manager who spoke with us, she was friendly and even explained us about the food. She also recommended us the food.
Absolutely good customer service, will definitely recommend my friends to visit.

I recently visited Kennedy Commons on a friend’s recommendation and tried ramen for the first time at Kinton Ramen. I ordered the Veggie Spicy with thin noodles, and it was absolutely fabulous—rich in flavour and perfectly balanced.
There were four of us, and we arrived around 10 PM. We had the chance to chat with the Kitchen Manager, Rabeen, who was incredibly humble and took the time to explain more about the food and preparation. His friendliness and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better.
Special thanks to Rabeen for making our first visit memorable!
Will definitely recommend others to visit here!!!
Thank you!!!

We had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. We were the last customers and were seated just before last call, but as soon as the restaurant closed, the server started removing items from our table very rudely. One of my friends was still eating, and they told him to “finish quickly in 2 mins” in an unprofessional tone.
Additionally, when we first entered, one of the staff members shouted in frustration, which made us feel very unwelcome.
We understand closing time can be stressful, but basic courtesy and respectful communication should still be maintained. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable, and I hope the team can work on improving their customer service during closing hours.

We visited Kinton Ramen (Kennedy location) and had a really disappointing experience. We arrived before closing and ordered 5 ramen bowls. The restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, and we received our food around 10:15 PM. It’s unrealistic to expect anyone to finish a full ramen bowl in 15 minutes. We were the last customers, and at exactly 10:30 they asked us to settle the bill which was fine. But after that, one staff member started clearing our table very aggressively. He took our bowls and even our water cups. Then he said, “It’s 10:39 and we close at 10:30.” My friend politely asked for 5 more minutes to finish his meal, and the staff replied, “Can you wrap it up in 2 minutes?” — which felt extremely rude and unnecessary. We understand closing times, but the way we were rushed and spoken to was unprofessional. Definitely not the customer service we expected.

Service is fast, food is fresh and many options and ways to customize your bowl. Classic Kinton taste that is inline with great locations

Fave is the pork gyoza and pork original with thick noodles and add bean sprouts

Servers are very attentive and kind

A single slice of thin meat floated in a small bowl of noodles, accompanied only by a scattering of green onions. Nothing else in the bowl.

I ordered ramen and chicken karaage for my wife’s dinner during her short work break. Sadly, the karaage came without any sauce, and there were no chopsticks or utensils included. She had to ask a coworker for a fork just to eat her ramen, which was really embarrassing and stressful for her during an already busy shift. It was very disappointing, especially since she was looking forward to a comforting meal. I hope the restaurant can take better care with online orders in the future. We would really appreciate some consideration for the trouble this caused.

The soup tastes good, however, the ramen tastes like not freshly made, tastes frozen, and hard.

Great place to go in person, but beware ordering online. Did a bogo on DoorDash and after adding in the toppings the bowl is literally 1/3 full. Feels like a bait offer and isn’t a great way to keep people coming back. I get the margins are bad especially with Uber Eats and door dash, but don’t offer something if it’s going to be this much of a bait and switch. I love coming here in person and have come in many, many times but this was just a kick at the end of a long day.

Go in person, but don’t order online.

I'm surprised I haven't rated this one yet. I've been going here for years. I guess that's why. Its the local spot for me whenever I want Ramen. I've yet to find anywhere better. The atmosphere and staff are always great and the spicy pork Ramen is incredible.
