It was my first time to order this location. Very very bad service. No body there. The cashier did not want to service you, he looked like very tired. I won't go back there.

Although they had given me a replacement drink when they screwed up my order, I had to kinda “fight for it”. I am pretty sure that they misheard what I ordered but instead of just correcting the drink, the one guy in the front gave me some attitude while he makes a new drink. Would really appreciate if they just corrected the error rather than making them feel that the customer “lied” about the order.Will go back if in the area again just for the drink and the place but will be hesitant to order, and will make sure guys at the front are paying attention.

I went today, March 2 2024, around 9:30pm. It’s my second time going to this location, the first time everything was good. However today I ordered for 2 separate transactions, paid for 1 drink with one card then ordered 3 more drinks right after with another payment card. The employee gave me the 3 drinks and did not give the first drink I ordered first. I said I did not received the first drink and he said I never ordered. He argued with me and I said u can check the history of the orders because i ordered 2 times. He refused for a while and asked to check my bank acc. So I showed him my bank transaction and I could tell he was getting angry. He was so rude for no reason, didn’t even apologize whatsoever, instead of apologizing, he is getting mad at us for complaining through banging the stuffs while making it and the drinks are tasteless, doesn’t meet our expectations and money got wasted! I didn’t end up getting the receipt since it was a digital payment but I for sure will for next time. But you can check your camera. The drinks weren’t even good. I wont be coming back to this location when this specific employee is on the shift.Also, i ordered pearl with brown sugar milk tea and there were no available pearls, it was too early for this branch to run out of the brown pearls.

Very disappointed in kung-fu tea in general. I was an avid customer of this place. I tried to use their app to order and their app was very complicated to use and not efficient. I specifically wanted to try the milk tea with coffee jelly. I picked it up and tried it and there was no coffee jelly. Told the baristas and then said they told me earlier that it ran out. Nothing was mentioned at the time of pick up. Their app should reflect this or I would have appreciated it if they told me at the time of pick up and I would have ordered a different drink. The staff then go back to playing on their phone and was no help...don't mislead and try to scam your customers.

I usually go to this location but recently service went down.They Dont Wear Gloves!!!I ordered Pearl Latte Brown Sugar, they put too much milk and it was not sweet at all.The guy who took the order also messed up the sizes of the drinks I ordered.The drink I got did not look like Pearl Latte Brown Sugar.

A well decorated spot for Kung Fu Tea on Brimley which is also a shared space with Honeymoon Desserts.It was pretty empty when we went, maybe because it’s on the less busier side of the plaza.Got a red bean matcha and a fruity drink which I can’t remember what exactly it was.Both were good, but nothing special.
