I love this place- I'm a regular here because I come with family and friends. It's nice to sit down and talk- even saw a couple drinking boba and putting together lego flowers. Great space for conversations with no distractions!! :)
First time to this location. Ordered the mango slush with popping mango boba. It was ready fairly quick. The place had a good number of seats and could see some people were setup there for a white (laptops, etc). Kids liked the drink, no complaints, will probably come back.
Parking: Not many parking spots, as there are lots of a restaurants/businesses in a small area.

The service was very helpful and friendly. The vibe was eclectic and calm ?. The location was clean .
The waffles were super delicious ? and the drinks ? are a notch above ⬆️ the myriad of bubble tea places you find out there.
