I ordered a drink and it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. But the main thing is that the staff were so rude. They literally let us wait for 5 minutes at the counter before going up to take our order, and sounded very rude and annoyed when talking. Another staff bumped into us while getting out of the counter and didn't even bother to say sorry. Horrible experience.

Foods not the best but the drinks and desserts are pretty good. Love the seating. I like the place but I hate the music. As a student accommodation I believe the music should be more relaxing, calm and slightly quieter because most people are trying to study. Most times the music is so loud and random and annoying like I don’t have to like it but shouldn’t feel unbearable.
Been here a couple of times and in terms of food quality it's not a bad experience, pretty good variety, but not substantially worth the price they're at. The individual working at the cash could reduce the attitude a notch or two. With better customer service and pricing in the next visit, I'll definately change the rating to a 5!
