I had an amazing experience at Aly’s Pizza Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I visited there to grab a couple of slices for my dinner, but Akash and Nidhi completely changed my mind with their amazing service and great attitude! Their friendly approach and excellent selling skills convinced me to try a full pizza — and I’m so glad I did! The tandoori pizza was fresh, delicious, and worth every bite. Great service and great food — highly recommend this place!

To the owner, I visited the shop at around 9:25 PM. When I walked in, I saw two employees sitting in the kitchen using their phones, and there was only one slice of pizza left. I asked for a vegetarian pizza, hoping to buy a whole one, but the staff member told me, “We only have one slice left, and if you take it, I’ll give you a 10% discount.”
I don’t understand why the shop stays open until 11 PM if they are not willing to make fresh pizzas for customers who come around two hours before closing time? I’ve been a regular customer and have always liked this place, but this experience has really changed my opinion.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore — very very BAD service and lack of care will drive loyal customers away.

Use to be great place with old ownership. Owner Aly ruin it by increasing the price and lower the standard. I came back after long time since I moved and I’m super disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Take your money elsewhere.

I especially want to appreciate Dinky for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Honestly, the best pizza place in Scarborough! 🍕🔥 The place is super clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they always smile and make you feel comfortable. I really had a great experience here. Every time I think about eating out, I feel like coming back to this restaurant because of the amazing service and the delicious pizzas. Definitely worth it! 👏

Bad experience with this place. Not even deserve a one star for their services. Worst customer service. wrote free dipping sauce with a pizza but the servicing person refused to give me and said that i am buying a deal (1+1) so I can't get the sauce. But she couldn't show me any thing written like this. And on top, she argued for her wrong explanation. With the interruptions of other customers, that one deserve one dipping sauce which is clearly mentioned. Then she stopped but still charged from me for dipping sauce. I would recommend the public not to visit the Aly's Pizza for their poor quality of everthing (food + customer Service). As by law there is supposed to be one supervisor at food service facility, but she told that I can't talk to anyone else except her, because this is Aly's pizza policy.

Late Night Pizza is a combination of very low quality and disastrous customer service. They have respect for neither their own food nor for their customers' time and money. I strongly advise you to avoid ordering from this restaurant to save both your money and your nerves. There are far better and more respectful options available. I personally will never set foot in this restaurant again.
