Visited this location for customer appreciation day. A limit of 2 pizzas was given, unbenounced to patrons. No sign posted, just word of mouth. Well organized set up for where to ·line up, order and pick up. Kind staff, kept line moving.

I ordered two medium pizzas and two crazy breads using the app. I received a notice saying my order was ready, but when I got there the girl at cash said my order wasn't ready yet. I showed her my email saying my order should be ready and she said that there was a bunch of crazy bread orders from walk-ins and she gave my crazy bread away.
I had to wait almost 10 minutes and I was in a rush. When I tried to explain my frustration as my order should've been ready when I arrived since I ordered beforehand (that was the whole point I ordered early so I didn't have to wait) she just rolled her eyes at me.
Shouldn't the walk-ins have to wait for their order to be made and not the people that ordered in advance?

Pizzas always good but this location totally ignores the “hot and ready” model. Not once have I been able to get a hot and ready item aside from a plain pepperoni pizza. Management needs to address this.
