Pizza tastes so bad , it clearly feels like the pizza was made early in thr day and the order got cancelled and she gave the pizza to me then, my god, it was horrible. i would really like to talk to the owner .

Visited Saturday, I must say truly next-level customer service. I’m standing there ready to order, but she’s too busy giving the tables a spa treatment. No hello, no eye contact but full ignorance . Maybe I missed the sign that says ‘self-serve invisibility mode.

Went to order a special $7.99 and wanted it half cheese and half pepperoni and the guy behind the counter punched it in and it came up to $10.44 so I ask him if the prices went up and he said because I wanted it that way that's why it's more...I told him everytime I come here I always order it that way and I always pay $9.04 with taxes..he said that's the way the cash register charges and he can't deal with people when I ask him to cancel my order . totally uncalled for.that I can go somewhere else and buy...very rude person.

Visited couple days back and was shocked by the rude behaviour of a woman in a hijab. No greeting, no basic courtesy just attitude. Even she served low quality of pizza like less cheese and toppings. Won’t be coming back.

Very poor management at this location. The owner treats staff badly. I’ve seen just one employee struggling to handle everything alone—taking orders, making pizzas, and dealing with customers. Totally unfair and unprofessional. Needs serious improvement.

Just spent $30. . Just WASTED $30 on 2 pizzas there. Ellesmere and Neilson location. I gave LC a try. HUGE disappointment. I had LC before, so I know what to expect. Both pizzas were FLAT. It's as if there was no dough. No rise in the dough. It was flat and heavy. Odd. My entire family was disappointment. Cheese bread was good. Pizza sucked. NEVER give your customers old dough or dough with no rise. TEST your pizza. Taste it throughout the day to ensure good quality.
