Would give this a zero is possible. Made me wait for over an hour just to cancel my order. Horrible service.

If at all you ever want to eat uncooked pizza and face racial slurs at you when you complain about the quality, go to this place. The employees at this location are the worst, they treat customers like they’re making a mistake to even plan to have a pizza. Absolutely spoiling the brand name. Make sure you ask the name of every employee before getting served. And beware of employees named Manpreet and another mentally unstable women who are usually working on weekends closing shifts.

I have never written a review but what I experienced today was unbelievable I went to the store at about 2:30 there was no employee at the front and I called someone over but had to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to come. I ordered my food they said that it would be ready in 10 minutes, for context I got two stuffed crazy breads one medium cheese pizza and one Italian cheese bread, other people started to enter the store and got there food before so I figured it was an online order but this happened about 3 times the two employees who were there were giving me dirty looks. At 2:50 one of the employees asked me “oh what did you order again?” I said my order and asked her how long it would take she didn’t reply so I asked again louder and she walked away, at 3:00 she gave me my food but was missing my pizza so I asked her where it was and she acted confused and finally got me my pizza a bit later. As if this wasn’t bad enough I know multiple people who have had a similar experience. I don’t recommend this location at all ,wish I could give it zero starts.

I ordered a stuffed crazy bread on doordash. All of a sudden the idiot doordash delivery driver gave me the wrong order on my doorstep. He gave me a deep dished pepporonni pizza with 8 crazy breadsticks, italian cheesy bread, and two large marinara sauces. I called lil cesears and complained what happened. They said that they can't do anything. So, I gave the deep dish pepparonni pizza to my neighbor and I ate the rest. From now on I will never order lil caesars from doordash every again, I will order it in person.

Im not sure why some locations are better than others but i had the bits and it was wack. Dry, cold, stingy on cheese. Highway robbery. I will not go back to this location again. Its a good thing i know what it's suppose to taste like or i would have blamed the innocent item they ruined. Try morningside location , its way better.
Horrible location. Only giving one star so I can leave the review. They consistently get things wrong and attempt to overcharge. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza, they served a regular pizza with the pretzel salt on the crust. Gross. I've had that pizza before, it's not just regular pizza with salt. Customers are not d**** Please if you're driving, go to another location.

I ordered a Large Canadian pizza(peperoni, mushroom & G peppers), in person. When I picked it up, 15 minutes later, yep the timing was fine, the staff brought it out to my wheelchair then I took My 1 ttc ride back home & Then found out Not only was this the wrong pizza. Topping it off IT taste awful to my husband & I. WE were so disappointed with the quality if this mushrooms & peperoni pizza. Be careful folks & look before you go home!

When to the restaurant on January 5, 2023 about 6:45. To get a walk in special the lady took the cash for me with her gloves on then with the same gloves, school, and make the pizza and Tatian of all the equipment to make pizza, I asked her to change her gloves and she refused to. Keep on ignoring me I took my money and life. There’s people that don’t care about people health and what’s going in the world right now.Kid-friendliness: Not very friendly, and not very respectful to customer

It is so sad that this place needs better customer service . They are making a lot of mistakes with order and telling lies that they didn't get orders, they need more customer service training , i would never recommend buying here.
