The food here is decent and portion sizes are quite reasonable for the price you pay, particularly the chicken platter over rice. However, the quality of service and the in-store atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Orders are routinely messed up, whether ordering in-store or via third-party apps, and the staff appear more concerned with having a good time and joking among themselves rather than attending to customers in a timely, efficient manner - of which there are a lot, given the restaurant's late hours of operation. Dining in isn't a pleasant experience either, with little lighting and broken chairs taking up much of the floor space inside. The food only goes so far and staff should take their business more seriously if they intend on sticking around. This place has gone from quality and delicious food that I would rave to my friends about. To mediocre, barely fresh, and has seemingly resorted to posting fake reviews.Much like how the food now tastes, most of the 5* reviews have no substance, lack any effort, and the profiles have only 1-2 reviews. Perhaps they are real, but seems sketchy.Not sure what happened, maybe they opened too many stores too fast and have scaled everything back from portion size, food quality, staff and training, but it shows.Many of the reviews from actual people show the same, poorly prepared food, extras which you pay for aren't given, staff don't seem well trained in customer service.I've ordered fries 3 times here and each time they were old, some were hard enough that I hurt my teeth.I've ordered pick up instead of delivery thinking "it might be better and fresh if I get it myself at the scheduled pick up time!" and each time I had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes and was still given old fries.Beef and sauces were ok I guess but portions seem smaller.Their milkshakes are usually really good. Luckily for them, these are supposed to be cold, can be prepared in advance, and nothing needs to be cooked.I've ordered onion rings and was told they were out of onion rings and would be given regular fries - what about the extra $ I paid for the onion rings? Why wouldn't you feel compelled to match the value or correct the mistake? And the fries I was given were somehow cold??? You're open late but run out of onion rings at 7pm?Food made with love is hard to believe when the people serving it don't care. Can't say I'll give them anymore chances until I see things change.

Ordered through Uber and despite the long wait for preparation, the Smoked BBQ Beef over rice and BBQ Chicken over rice were absolutely worth it! Both dishes were incredibly delicious, with generous portions that left me completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

The food at this place is great, never misses. The employees however have a tendency to not pay attention to the order and provide very poor customer service. The lady that works in the nighttime has a hard time calculating to give back change and I believe this is causing people to be robbed. Twice in a row I’ve come to this location and she is miscalculating my change or acting as if I don’t deserve to get my change… very sketchy way of doing business as it shouldn’t be hard to put the total into the cash, put the amount the customer has given into cash and then give them the change if any that is calculated to be given back. Please consider more training for employees or hiring different people that will not make your business practices seem very skeptical to your customers. Also she mentioned she does not have enough change to give us back…… which is impossible considering the amount of business I know for a fact Lonzos gets. Very sketchy.

I literally feel ripped off.
