Love getting the cream cheese taro drink when I’m in the area/mood. However, on one occasion my drink fell and spilled on the ground while exiting the door without having taken any sip of it. I tried asking the male associate (whom I normally see when I’m there) for a free replacement and he declined initially. After some back and forth was he then willing to replace the drink free of cost. That should’ve been done as a courtesy anyways… not sure if he thought I was trying to cheat him but if there was any camera at door he could’ve easily verified my claim and made the experience more pleasant. He didn’t bother to come check the spilled drink at the front door. Had he not replace the spilled drink, I would’ve never returned.

im so disappointed i travelled 2 hrs to buy these and they put so little of their cheesecake (which is their specialty btw). ok so i thought maybe they really only served that way but when i asked for EXTRA cheesecake its like they barely put any of it.

Excellent product! I will go back soon to try more flavours :)

Bought Heavenly Halo Halo & it was shaved ice with beans & jelly along with using milk tea instesd of condensed milk.
Disappointed!

Love the milktea😊 and the filipino owner gave us free milktea because he is my dads friend.

Really don’t know how this place only has 3.8 stars. Me and my fiancée have been getting from this spot for atleast 2 years and it’s delicious every single time. !!!

I ordered cheesecake pearl milk tea and paid for additional cheesecake but it seems like just they put a regular amount of cheesecake and filled with a lot of ice. This is my second visit and still unsatisfied.

Love this place! Really fast service and i personally love their Cheesecake Boba series. 10/10, i wish they brought back the cheesecake chunks though, it was one of the highlights of the cheesecake series. They have a good pricing point and the workers are really nice. I recommend this place so much as its an all time favorite on my list of Bubble Tea places.

Don’t bother coming in here and wasting your time.
I’ve checked their opening hours on google and it says 12pm. I went there at almost 1pm and they are still closed. They even posted on the door that they are open from 12noon.

This is misleading information and I literally wasted my time just to come on a closed store..

I ordered Mango Graham but it just taste like sour mango and shaved ice. Its better to buy from real fruit than to buy from here. Less toppings and far from the taste. The drinks here dont have any consistency.

Small but very nice place. I tried the Mango tea and it was amazing. The person behind the counter was very polite and friendly.

The barista was very disrespectful overall had a very bad experience from here .they really need to learn how to deal with people with respect
