I walked in a bit unsure of what to order, but the owner was fantastic—so patient and genuinely helpful, recommending flavors that matched my cravings perfectly. I finally went with the Mais Corn Yelo, and wow, it did not disappoint me! The size was impressive, and every layer was packed with flavor—sweet, creamy, and refreshing. It was so irresistible that I savored every sip right down to the last drop. This spot is definitely a new favorite for me, and I’ll be back for more soon!

I bought 3 large milk tea because of the promotion, but was advise that he doesn’t have the code to enter in the system! You should take down your promotion if it is not available! you are scamming the people!

Love the BBT here. Since I've found them, we've been coming at least 1-2 times a week. They even have specialty filipino type BBT like halo halo, mais con yelo or avocado con yelo and taho. My daughter loves their classic mango slush. Tastes like the mango pudding dessert from dim sum. I'm slowly trying to make my way through their entire menu.

If I were to have the option for 10 stars I would give it. No bubble tea compares to the bubble tea I have had from here. The drink was amazing so was the customer service. I highly recommend recommended this bubble tea place

It was okay… the server was very serious but the drink was just okay.. I ordered a matcha cheesecake drink and it was lacking more matcha taste and the cheesecake part feels like it was just the heavy cream..

I was a big fan of this store and I came here often. They brought a new series of drinks, which are 8.90, mind you. I took the havenly Halo Halo,which is pretty bad ngl, all he put is full of crushed ice and red beans and very very less pearls. I had one sip. So I came back to exchange it and I even requested to have a cheaper one but he was pretty rude about it. I was very, very disappointed tbh. I took 5 drinks, but his service was pretty bad, and I am saddened by this.
