Unfortunately, this location is going downhill. The floors are dirty, the staff counter is untidy, there aren't any garbage bins and the staff don't seem to know their products or customer service. Makes me wonder what it's like in the prep area. Too bad!

Very bad and irresponsible service. Very mad right now. I’m more than 100% sure I ordered two fresh fruit jasmine green tea but they made two pure green tea and insisted it was what I ordered. Also no receipt or tag.

I tried their very popular crème brûlée milk tea with light sugar and I'll tell you to not order it with light sugar - it doesn't taste that good without the regular level of sweetness. The crème brûlée on the top was a thick layer of torched cream that went smoothly with the drink.
The staff were nice here and they have a few chairs if you want to sit and have your drink inside.
I love how they have their menu is displayed as a giant tissue roll - very creative!
Be aware they do take a little bit of time to get your drink ready.

Tried to order online and says sold out. Called this location and I was asked to order through uber which was a more expensive option and I still had to pick up. Clearly, the drink wasn’t sold out.
Went through everything and it still showed sold out. Staff didn’t let me order through phone because of this incidence (I usually do web order) and pick up. All he said was “then there is nothing I can do.” Absolutely non customer oriented policy, low quality helpless staff and crappy web service.
