We just had our food there, it's amazing. The girl who served us she is 10/10 in customer service. Affordable prices. Just Need to pay attention towards cleaninliness.

We specifically drove all the way from Kitchener to try their food, but it turned out to be the worst dining experience we’ve ever had in Ontario.
We ordered Gathiya, Chai, and Kachori. The Gathiya was served without any chutney. Despite asking multiple times, the staff kept apologizing and promising to bring it, but it never arrived.
When we sat at a table, it was visibly dirty. We requested it to be cleaned, but they ignored our request and served the food on the same unclean table. we asked again before eating on that table to clean the table, they told us it wasn’t their problem and that we should ask another team Members.. it is rude and highly unprofessional.. not worth the money
If you’re planning to visit this place, save yourself the disappointment. Change your destination and avoid this place

i'm gujju and this sucked 😂😂, people rating it good prolly cuz they've never eaten this kind of food before food was terrible, it was too greasy and too dry at the same time, slow workers, we were asking for refills and took about 10 minutes to give salt 🙏 and dirty tables, the table was so greasy and the lady cleaning it w a dirty rag and dropped all the food onto the floor, overall terrible.

I recently visited this store and was very disappointed with the overall experience. There was no visible management overseeing the operations, which resulted in an extremely slow and inefficient service. The employees seemed unsure of how to work at a faster pace and were not able to handle the customer flow properly. It was frustrating to see such a lack of organization and urgency. If the store is going to improve, there needs to be better leadership and staff training to ensure a quicker, more efficient experience for customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless significant improvements are made.here is no management in store.

Pathetic service. We had to wait more than an hour and still didn’t get our food. People who ordered right before and after us got their food. Extremely unorganised. The aura of the restaurant is also not good. No proper ventilation. It wasn’t even hygienic enough. Staff was not wearing gloves or hair net.

I waited for more than an hour just for a few things. The service was extremely slow and disappointing. Definitely not coming back to this place again. Would not recommend. We were told it will take only few minutes to get the order.
Worst experience ever, hygiene was not maintained at all. Even after asking more than 4 times and sitting for a long time, they did not clean the table. They served the food items on dirty table. When i asked the person to clean, they said ask another waiter. They served ganthiya without chutney. When we asked for chutney, they said wait 2 minutes, but even after 30 minutes, they did not provide anything, and we had no choice. No spoon was provided with usal, no tissue, and no response from the owner. When we asked, one person got angry.
Food was microwaved. Even after asking multiple times, they were only focusing on taking new orders, but they were not ready to clean the table. If you're reading this review before going, please change your destination and prevent yourself from getting disappointed.

I visited this place for a takeout order on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't even busy, and the food was already prepared—just needed to be packed. Yet, after waiting for 45 minutes, I left without receiving my order. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed disorganized and untrained. It was disappointing to see that something as simple as reheating and packing food couldn’t be managed efficiently.
For comparison, S. Motiram serves freshly made items and still manages to complete takeout orders within 15 minutes. This experience showed a clear lack of proper management and customer care. Definitely not coming back.

Very slow service The service here was surprisingly slow. Despite all food is ready-made, it took an unacceptable 25 minutes just for it to be packed. With three staff members seemingly dedicated to packing, I expected a much quicker process. Service definitely needs improvement.
