My husband had a very frustrating experience here yesterday. He came in and ordered 2 halibut and 1 chips for himself and his mom. While he waited a woman came in and ordered the same thing but the person serving said there was no more halibut. Since my husband was not told this, he assumed he was getting the last 2, especially since that is what he paid for. The woman was then given her order before he got his. When my husband complained, he was told she pre ordered. But he had just heard her come in and place an order so he knows that was a lie. He got his order but when he got it home, it was haddock, not the halibut he paid for. He wasn't told and he he wasn't offered a refund for the difference. Customer service like this means we won't be back. I have to wonder how many other people habe had similar things happen to them. Guess we are back to driving to Jaspers where the service is excellent.

Walk in asked for 2 halibut and 1 chip and small cole slaw. Lady came In 2 customers after me, asked for the same. Staff told her no more halibut only haddock, ($10 more for halibut.). Staff asked me of I wanted tartar sauce. "No ketchup.' Lady who came in 2 after me gets her order and leaves, then Staff asks me what I ordered???? I freaked and said she was two after me! Oh she ordered by phone. " No She Didn't." I" I better get halibut!".The Staff puts mine in the fryer then!!!!!!!!!! She says I give you big fish. I say "it better be halibut, I'm paying for halibut!" When I left she says have free drink? No ketchup, not halibut, not happy!! I should have made my own dinner. I got ripped off for $10!

Best fish and chips , love love love their creamy coleslaw. Gravy is delish!!!Same owners for over 10 years. Helen is wonderful ❤️ also Greek salad is so0o0 good!!
The freshly made fish and chips are spot on. Overall the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. We keep coming back.

It's a mom and pop shop with big flavors. If you haven't been here before you are missing out. The best fish and chips in Scarborough. I love this place. Also, get the dinner, the coleslaw is amazing.

The lady working is lively food is okay. Fish is light and crispy fries are meh would be a lot better with a different gravy, kinda tasted like can. Prices are fair though and they have the good tartar sauce in the white and green

Awesome... Equal to the best if not the best Fish & Chips in Scarborough. The fries are always cooked to perfection, the Halibut is delicious, the batter is light and doesn't over power the fish. I almost forgot the coleslaw it is a perfect compliments to the meal. It's a take out and the ambiance work for what it is Service is allays friendly.

I am fed up with locations like this. To charge so much for fish and then say it’s extra $ for tartar sauce. I asked her before I paid for extra sauce and then when I checked the bag there was only 3. Then she says it’s an extra fee for more but I asked her when I went into the store. She should’ve charged me before I paid! It’s annoying to pay 15 cents extra on a debit machine which is what she had me do after I paid. Bad for business

THE best spot for fish & chips. I live in Downtown Toronto now and I will drive down to Port Union just for this — I’ve tried many different fish & chips places but this one just hits different. Portions are very generous and it’s so reasonably priced!

Unfortunately the system they have in place for taking orders over the phone and having it ready for pick up is flawed. I waited an hour in-store to receive an order placed 2 hours prior to my scheduled time. You're better off just walking in and placing an order as it seemed to be in a more timely manner.
