Best HK milk tea
When I placed my order, the staff treated me as if I were bothering them—no greeting, no smile, just a cold poker face that made me feel unwelcome. It was genuinely uncomfortable, as if taking my order was a burden.
Prices were also unreasonably high for what was offered. I wouldn’t have minded paying more if the service or atmosphere matched the cost, but sadly, that wasn’t the case.
Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend :(
Lovely waitresses. Tables are clean and service is fast. The polo Bao sandwiches are amazing! Will be back
Been to the Marathon cafe since I was a highachool kid now a 35yo man. The taste never change still the good old days. Some new item pop up over the years but the HK style milk tea never change.
The prices are great and the quality of the food is fantastic. The service is fantastic as the staff are always welcoming and the atmosphere is always great. Highly recommended the beef satay with instant noodles.

Very courteous and family staff. Hot HK tea was good in a paper cup, but when I transferred to my metal thermal cup, the tea tasted bitter. Pineapple bun topping has too much food colouring and the taste was just ok; however the eggs and ham portons are generous, especially the former.
1L jug of HK milk tea is $13. Also available in 2L jug.
Parking: Be prepared to walk.
