Myself and friend were here just now, it was exactly 10.54 pm when we entered , and the workers (2 girls) were working there told we cannot dine-in there as they close at 12 am but it was only 10.54 pm. So only take out allowed. My friend wanted to use the washroom for an emergency and yet again told it is not allowed either, like seriously? Just to use the washroom and it wont even take up few minutes. I do understand it closes at 12 am but there’s an hour gap. Instead why dont you guys just close earlier than that and put a board outside saying its closed would be much easier and would save everybody’s time. Disappointed yet the food is good

This location never has chicken ready. Always a 15 min waiting. This location needs to find a better solution to make sure customers are not waiting. Start losing customers. Lady at the counter tells me 15 minutes. 5 minutes later the guy drops the chicken down. Had to change my order to a sandwich. When I received my order they put one ketchup in the bag. When I ask for more she rolls her eyes. Poor customers service.

Our friend from Brampton highly recommended MB Chicken, and since we've always stuck with Popeyes or KFC, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The chicken was soggy and not up to standard, though the wings were decent. Perhaps it's just this location, but we won’t be returning or recommending it.

Best fried chicken I've had in Toronto so far. Not greasy and chewy at all, it seems like the team here has perfected the balance. The spicy powder is quite powerful, so be careful and order a small quantity to try. Went great for us as it was a cold and rainy day, the kick of the spice made us suffer but we craved it even more after finishing our food
The wedges here are amazing, do try those too. The restaurant was quiet and had lots of seating.

If your lettuce looks like this, don’t put it in the sandwich. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Produce is expense, we get it, but please spare us the rotting veggies. All the sandwiches came with rotting lettuce and a pickle on top!

Akash the “manager” wouldn’t give my food after paying for it through Uber eats. I reached out to Uber & they called him several times which he didn’t pick up. This was after I called the restaurant and spoke to him. They tried again & once he picked up, Uber support told him to make the food so I can pick it up, he responded “it was thrown out an hour ago, & if I make another one you have to pay for the one thrown out” no food was not prepared at all to begin with.
I have reached out to head office with Uber messages as well as screenshots of the call history, and my Uber order. It’s not about the $30. It’s the principle. The fact that you pocketed the money and didn’t give my food and lied saying you threw it out. Will not be ordering from this location again.
