Mary Brown's Chicken

The chicken was OK, not great. The spices helped, but I prefer the original fried chicken taste. To me the best whole piece chicken in Toronto is still Chicknjoy.

The food is excellent n so fresh here with a very kind and friendly service inside the store.

As I was eating my meal, I noticed in the sandwich. There was a paper in my sandwich in the chicken and also as I was eating my mashed potatoes mash up I’ve noticed a second piece of paper in the food. I will be calling corporate office to be letting them know that that is very unacceptable and I’m feeding this to my children and I have it on video of the paper in the food And I just want my refund back or I want comprehension for this

My worst experience with mary brown was at this location. I went for the Monday deal offer and ordered a sandwich. There was barely any chicken in the patty and I had to return it and get another one. All I could test was breaded coating. I returned it and next one was little better but no where to other chains or my past mary browns experience.

Two star for the service and zero star for the food. I won't return to this location.

Extremely rude customer service.. My order was wrong and when I called back to let them know they put their “supervisor” Shaveena onto the phone, who then proceeded to cut me off multiple times and say my food is for sure correct as she made it, when I informed her that it isnt she continued to argue with me and tried to get off the phone - Disgusting customer service.

Update - Called back and spoke to your “manager”. Also a very rude person. Tried to say she cannot do a refund for the order. Tried to lie and say she knows for a fact our order was right as they have photos of it, when asked about why they would have photos and reiterated that my order was indeed wrong she then gave in and refunded the whole order. This restaurant is filled with a bunch of liars!

Amazing grilled chicken

Service would have been ok alright. Food have have been good . But I said twice regular not spicy my wife has stomach issues so we did not eat them gave them to neighbors.

The worst take out chicken meal I can remember having. The chicken was barely coated and had no crunch whatsoever. The taters were soggy and had that old grease flavour. I ordered a 9 piece meal and got 1 napkin 2 ketchups a and 1 fork... don't cheap out on me when I buy $42 worth of food ! That was my first time trying Mary browns and I heard so many good things about the brand. I won't waste my money there again. Maybe it's just a bad location. There's so many other brands to choose from who do it better.

Great food, way better than that crappy old chicken place!!!!
