There was only one server that served everyone in there the whole time and to think that there's an automatic "gratuity" fee, they should add at least another server so that people wouldn't wait too long for their needs (water, extra plate, etc). This restaurant is pricey too so we at least expect better service.

I personally didn't like their spicy fried chicken. It's so plain inside and outside has slightly seasoned. you must try their garlic rice and veggie dish( I removed the pork and added chicken and kept the shrimp).. To be honest I personally didn't like their spicy fried chicken. The whole fried chicken was very dry, seems like they gave us recook chicken from yesterdays food. Moreover,the steam rice we ordered was dry and its more for fried rice not steam rice not even warm. The fresh lumpia ubod is so big it doest even look like the fresh lumpia in the menu photo. The calamary was okey. The service personnel/ waitress was polite. I've eaten Maxxs in Philippines many times but this place is catastrophe. I will not come back here.

This place is my preferred one. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The crew is very welcoming and the cuisine they offer is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

Poor service! Pick up of 3pm got a call the same day of pickup that it would be 45mins late so we came by Max at a bit pass 4pm still not ready and got the food almost at 6pm. 3HOUR DELAY is unacceptable. one staff in the kitchen w/so many orders obviously would cause problems. what i saw is GREED! NEVER AGAIN! There are more better food and service out there available for us consumers!

We ordered on Dec 23 to deliver Max’s fried chicken through Skip the Dishes on Dec 24. I got a message that “the restaurant has confirmed your order” over 24 hours BEFORE it needed to be delivered. Within the time it was supposed to be delivered they called to say the restaurant has cancelled because they are out of stock and I will get my money back in 5 to 10 business days. Worst business I’ve dealt with. They take no responsibility for the incident. This is completely unacceptable and has now managed to leave my family without a meal to eat for Christmas Eve.
