I come here once or twice a month. I came this Thursday. I had a simple order, sausage and egg mcgriddle combo with a coffee. Went in their DT, they took my order and they even asked to confirm my order but still received a wrong order. I received a bacon egg mgriddle instead. I came back and went inside the store to speak to the manager. The manager that looks like latina, i did not get the name, was rude and impolite while i was speaking to her. She asked for receipt when they did not give the receipt in the first place. She told me they cant give the food to me since i did not have the receipt with me. I am so disappointed how she spoke to me, she just left me because it was busy and did not have time to deal with me? She even rolled her eyes at me. This mcdonalds is so disappointing.

Every time I come here, I’m always pulled forward today. I ordered something to the drive-through. I went to the window and the second window guy gave me three different wrong orders. I then told him my order and I asked if my sauce was in the bag and before even looking, he said yes, how do you know if the sauce is in the bag? If you don’t even know what my order is, I looked in the bag and he ought, and obviously there was no sauce in the bag and then asked him, and he was making up his face terrible customer service.

Used the drive through after 11pm only to be told to pick up in person from the delivery window due new after hours policy supposedly. Waited nearly 20 mins for the food which is an unacceptable and surprising for Mcdonalds service turnaround times. Regrettably the experience got worse when the window finally opened and we were met with unapologetic attitude of the night staff for the delays caused and tried to pin the blame for the wait on the nature of our orders. All round this was a very eerie and unpleasant experience at this location and seeing there are quite a few drive thrus in the area for McDonald's that do not require leaving the vehicle, will be avoiding this one going forward

Very disappointed with this experience. I ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash, and both came with bacon, which I cannot eat due to religious reasons. I realized only after eating part of it, which was extremely upsetting.
When I called the restaurant, they refused to replace the items, and DoorDash refunded only $5.30, not even close to the cost of the two sandwiches or the seriousness of the issue.
This wasn’t just a wrong order it violated my religious dietary restriction, and the response from both the restaurant and DoorDash was unacceptable.

Walked all the way there to get 2 kids meal and a double quarter pounder cheese, what a shame…got home with the meal there’s no fries in there for the kids and the wrap was empty with a piece of chicken and a pinch of lettuce…my quarter pounder cheese was dry …this place sucks been buying from them for so long and it always the same thing …if u can avoid this place that will be the best things…wish I could’ve given no star rate
Everything was great, the only negative thing is that they refused to refill soda.

The place feels unsafe with crackheads looming around the area the food is terrible they dont change their oil for weeks and it shows in their fries plainly. The fries taste disgusting there are other locations that nail them but this isnt it. avoid this place if you want to stay safe health wise and safety wise

Beware!!! I have to use the monopoly coupon for a sandwich and they made me by extra stuff to use it. Been to other locations never have faced issue like this. Very strange, seems this location has their own rules.
