We went here with our 5 year old daughter so she can play in the play pen while it’s snowing outside. There was only 1 light shining the whole play place. Unfortunately, it was making the kids scared to go up the tunnels because it was dark. I asked the staff if they could turn on the lights, but they said there’s nothing they can do without giving any reason why.

The worst location to have food. I came around 8pm asking to make the sandwich and fries fresh, waited 15mins only to get a rock hard sandwich and burnt fries.

I got the spicy mcveggie and the sauce was different . When I asked them about it , they immediately changed it for me and served me my meal again with very friendly and good etiquettes. 5 stars ⭐️

Usually best to visit here during the day. The night staff cares more about their conversations than the customer service. I was handed my drink and had to wait for the food. Normal. But I noticed my drink was only 2/3 full so I tried to get her attention so I could have it filled. Was 3 min and my food came out. I asked for it to be filled and she said I would have to park at the next window and she would bring my drink. I asked for the reason, because its a couple seconds to do it, and she said she had to take care of the other customers waiting.... something wrong there. Obviously she needs more training or to find a job that isn't in customer service.

This is my second complaint about the coffee In the morning it is garbage.This is the second complaint and nothing has been done about this.This is an absolute joke. Coffee is not even warm and i'm getting a lot of coffee grinds in the coffee.Please do better

Had to change my review. Haven't had an issues with orders over the last few years. My last 2 orders ordered thru the app and another regular drive thru order were wrong. Double hamburgers and were given single hamburgers, etc. Won't come back here again.
