This McDonald’s location consistently delivers an exceptional experience, whether dining in or ordering takeout (which has 2 lanes). The staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. There is a very strong local presence here, with regulars who are always pleasant and chatting among themselves, adding to the genuine atmosphere. Here we are 10 months later and they’re still useless in that kitchen. This is what they serve you for a poutine. I can’t even justify buying food from McDonald’s anymore. You pay so much money for a flat drink cold fries and a burger. That’s never weighed me the way that you want it to be. …… How can I make the review -20 instead of zero They do NOT care how the food looks when you get it. ALWAYS messy. Always missing something. Fries NEVER FRESH. The WORST MCDONALDS IN TOROTO THEY ALWAYS have to remake my food. I asked for Easy on the lettuce with extra mayo and got this mess and the lettuce was soggy and brown

Dec 29, 2025. Around 20:00 I purchased a Big Mac. To find out at home later that somebody bit it from the opposite side I was eating. Unfortunately I noticed it when I almost finished eating the burger. From the comments it is obvious that nothing would be done from the side of management and store. Just watch out for yourselves guys and check your food before leaving the store.

I went there such a bad experience i got. I was on drive thru there was a lady muskan shes such a rude girl i mean you guys need to have some respect for your customer or if cannot do your job properly just leave it.
The place smells like urine. The staff is not very friendly and not very helpful either

Food is basically the same. Staff and management was a bit rude but I think that's because of the poor area this mcdonalds is located in. The customers that come here aren't the nicest people in Scarborough, so the staff have to be a bit harsher and more careful. Avoid this location if possible.

Ordered online. The experience was pretty bad, honestly. The fries were not salty; they weren't properly salted or at all. I got two large fries with little to no salt. Please retrain the overnight fry person. Nugget sauce was not put in the bag. They barely put 25% of the shredded lettuce required for this Mcchicken! Overnight guys you serious, its only midnight your shift just started!
