This location is beyond disorganized. Its dirty, poor customer service, inefficient, lazy staff, and unbelievably dishonest (they sold water to brother in place of sprite). They would not print my receipt and forgot multiple items in my order. They need to shutdown.

Great McDonalds location, the workers are always the nicest and try their best. Always had great food from here. The atmosphere is not that greatest as there are always people shouting outside.

Delivery order…..app says delivered to person…sure wasn’t me
Called driver who gave me some other random bag…food we didn’t want worth half as much. DoorDash support says sorry no refund because the system won’t let it (???) and so I’m out $46 for no food. No answer at the location either. Infuriating.

It is worst location of McDonald’s for uber drivers, me and 3 other drivers were waiting for the order in night time from 20 minutes in -16 degree temperature. Still none of the staff responded. They doesn’t have any space to stand inside during night time. And always they take too much time for preparing the order. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I waited for 30 minutes, assuming that my order was late, but to my surprise, I was told that a single digit indicated on my receipt was a glitch in the kiosk order. I suggest that your tech add a program on the system that if it occurs, the payment process will stop.

Avoid this McDonald's if you have toddlers or kids who want to go and have fun in the play area. It's full of people who got there to use the free wifi. We had a very bad experience with an older man who got angry at our 4 year old kid. He started getting verbally abusive at us. If you want peace and quiet, a McDonald's with a big play area and rambunctious kids is not the place to go.

The staff were talking to each other instead of helping customers.

Many people did not speak English, which made it hard to communicate.

Also, the food smelled burnt, which was not nice.

An employee named RAVI at this location needs to learn ethics. She has no value for any one time or patience. She needs to learn basic manners before working anywhere. I don't know how did mcd even hire such an unprofessional and unethical person. It's a shame.

If I could give less than one star I would. The two lane drive thru was open and we pulled into the outer lane. Another car pulled into the inner lane, and was served first, after we had been waiting for more than 30 seconds to place an order. Either close a lane or staff better so more people are working. Doors were locked so we couldn't go inside to order. Very poor customer service - staff working around 10:45 pm on Thursday Dec 5 have no sense of urgency and no desire to provide a great customer experience. Morning crew is always fast and efficient but in the afternoon/evenings, this location SUCKS.
