I go through the drive through. They get it wrong. They either give me the wrong product. Or charged me the wrong price or something is always wrong.
Also, they always insist on only giving you 2 napkins per order. No matter how much food you have,
stay away from this location.
Today I ordered a mcgriddle with no cheese and I got a mcmuffin with no cheese! The order was clearly pnunched wrong! But the lady confirmed that it was a mcgriddle.! And I still received the wrong food!

Definitely not recommended for any driver who’s alone go to drive thru. People around will ask for change or beg for food, and they actually try to go to the drive thru window to talk to you.. i was terrified after that. And also stuff who work in drive thru made wrong order of mine and want to charge me extra, which in the end still a wrong order and extremely hard bread and burn beef patty.. Will never come back again😟 stay safe everyone

Placed a mobile order after carefully selecting this location, but the app sent it to a different McDonald’s. When I asked for help, the manager first blamed that I did not select the correct location, then she tried on my phone and the same issue happened, she still insisted it was my phone’s fault and not the app. No solution offered except “You’ll have to pick it from the store it shows.” Early morning frustration at peak, very disappointing.

This McDonald's has fallen fast! Favourite place to get a daily coffee, has turned into a horrible experience now. Last 3-4 weeks has been nothing but a let down, in service and quality. One more thing about this McDonald's is they close for in person at 10pm! It's one of the busiest places around, and this just prolongs the time spent in getting anything. A father and his 9 year old son, were refused service at drive through, although they waited in line and placed order. They didn't know it closed at 10PM. So early (in summer) because they were from Manitoba! Not very friendly Toronto, Ontario! (I got their order) but even I didn't know it closed so early.
If you’re ever craving McDonald’s fried DO NOT GO HERE this is the worst location I’ve ever been too in my life. Fries are always extremely soft and soggy this is not a 1 time thing I’ve been here multiple times and 10 times out of 10 the fries are absolutely garbage and not edible. This time i told them please make them fresh and well done I want them crispy.

Its too much bad sevice, not good staff behaviour also, Jenisi i think her name she make ice coffee with vanilla syrup its too much sweet so i just request you change it or give some ice cube but she say no sorry its allowed you pay 20 cent etc if you want omg its too much 🤨🤨🤨

This location is beyond disorganized. Its dirty, poor customer service, inefficient, lazy staff, and unbelievably dishonest (they sold water to brother in place of sprite). They would not print my receipt and forgot multiple items in my order. They need to shutdown.
