awful location. manager sandeep is completely ignorant to her duty as a manager. attempted to buy 1 (yes one) happy meal toy and they refused to sell it despite having sold them as recently as 3 days prior. her reason was they had a limited supply. completely false they received a fresh shipment the day prior and after talking to a mcdonalds canada rep her statement of not be able to sell only happy meal toys is false and only is implied on "bulk" purchases. theres no reason why i shouldnt have been able to purchase one singular toy. also there was a homeless man sleeping in the door way who clogged the entrance with an aroma of urine.

Half of time, their coffee is cold. Sometimes, absolutely cold. You ask for a fresh one, you still get the same. Last time I ask the girl for a fresh one, and she says this is the only batch I have.They also have the tendency of closing it as they like ... Roughly 3am - 5am. "Sorry, we are closed". No other response.It's in a cheap neighborhood. Lots of people asking for change or food all the time.

Overall I love the staff at this location. It's always busy and the food is delicious. I rated a 3 star only because of the amount of drug addicts and homeless people hanging out. Otherwise I would have given this location a 5

The doors opened at 7am ... the washroom I didn't even want to use because it clearly hadn't been cleaned since the day prior.. you'd expect better from a large chain
