They clearly prioritize drive through over front counter. Lobby full, one staff member on front with another register available.Watched them put out maybe 25 orders to drive through compared to 5 in the lobby in ten minutes. Again, lobby was full of customers.

Is this how an order of two large fries are meant to look like...???Even the sauce on a fish fillet is half the amount it used to be.It's sad to see that not only prices have risen but the portions have shrunk as well.McDonald's...come to your senses pls, this is pathetic.

Customers usually clean their own table beforehand. Food is cheap but considerably smaller serving. BIG MAC IS junior size now and bland taste. My friend is a regular customer, and she told me these differences in sizes.Great for student budget and place for them to hangout and meetup.

Don't go at night time drive through. You will wait 30 mins minimum even if there's only 1 car infront of you.
Easily the worst McDonald's location there is. 9/10 times going thru the drive thru I'm always sent to go park and wait... where I sit a minimum of 10 minutes if not longer, even when it's not very busy and then 10/10 my order is always wrong - there is 100% of the time always something missing. So then you have to go in to get it fixed or just accept it and leave. It's the location closest to wear and live but I now drive to York Mills location because they rarely make mistakes and never send me to go park for no reason.

This restaurant is the one of the most unsafe restaurants in Toronto. I had my iPad stolen in the restaurant when I had breakfast. The action of the thief was so quick and my iPad disappeared within a min. I reported the case to the manager Oliver and she told me that the manager in charge was not there and she did not have the authority to review the CCTV. She asked for my contact and promised to call me back when the manager in charge is back. However no calls have been received since then, feel so disappointed.The restaurant are always full of homeless and weird people who did not consume but just stayed in the restaurant for the whole day. It’s so uncomfortable and insecure.I have reported the case to the police and hope I could get my iPad back soon.For all of you, be very cautious and alert when you are in this McDonald.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING (0 STARS )DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION THEY LITERALLY RUIN YOURE ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME 5 Times in a row Order Ruined They will send u nuggets without youre sauce and they send meals without the fries if you order a happy meal u probably only get the fries n the toy if you’re lucky if you order a McFlurry they don’t bring it DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS. They have horrible communication and I’m pretty sure they all can’t read they literally pack youre food in the bag blindfolded no wonder there working at McDonald’s because the education less no brain cells confused. Lost no skills talentless weird individuals. I really hope a giant construction ball and youre store meet up one day this has got to stop ?
