Just ordered my breakfast, drive thru order taker has a mask on her face which makes it difficult to hear her anything she is saying. I asked for ketchup and none was given, so my uber had to turn back, the same young lady did not have a good attitude and last they stated to have no $5 or $10 bills available to give me my change which left me with lots of coins. It is 6am, I am going to work, too early for this.

Since when is this the size of a slice of cheese? And is McDonald’s packaging supposed to be edible? The cheese was stuck so firmly to it that it couldn’t be eaten. I want my money back.

It’s so sad that their employees steal from kids , an Asian short woman who was McDonald’s employee to our table my son dropped his little wallet and money the lady took it and put it in her pocket $70 was stole from my kid and I couldn’t argue with her in front my child shame on McDonald’s

Generally I would give this location 5 stars if I left a review, but this morning I waited 10 minutes to receive a coffee. This is totally unacceptable as their focus was more on their Uber eats or other delivery services. It's about time that these places start to have different pickup areas other than where the walk in customer have to pickup, you have a separate area for drive through as well this location has adequate staff for just the drive through ( that's why I like coming here) but to have delivery orders superseding walk in paying customers is absolutely ridiculous. Mcdonald's should have a 5 minute policy if you they can't produce a walk in order within that time then not only is the order refunded (free) but a voucher for $5.00 off on your next order at that Mcdonald's will be issued.

I ordered a big arch burger from this location and they give me the burger without the patty. I was appalled and disgusted with how my order was treated. I will never order from this McDonalds again!
It took 15 minutes just for a quarter pounder meal, McDonald’s is supposed to be quick and fast for food?

I had the bad experience at this location. For happy n meals toys, we usually can trade in the double toys we have had but at this location, they said “no”” and the manger just turned his back and shake his head and told l the worker to communicate with customers. That’s really disrespectful and unprofessional as a manger. Hope you can read this at your frenchie. They said every McDonald’s frenchies have their own policy?? This is really interesting to hear.
