I found a hair in my kids happy meal. Inside the fries. Mind you I asked for fresh fries. I called the store and they offered to replace it whenever I come back. I go to get my replacement meal I get home and yet again another hair in the fries. I tried calling again and of course the phone line was busy for an hour…at this point I’m so furious and money and time was wasted. NOBODY EVEN WEARS HAIR NETS OR GLOVES!! Terrible food safety/handling. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR FOOD ESPECIALLY YOUR CHILDREN’S FOOD

This place absolutely sucks. It's filthy. The only time they give the place a proper cleaning is when the corporate executive people are coming by. Service sucks, huge. Complaints go unheeded. Uber drivers parking in the fire lane blocking people from exiting their parking places. On Sundays, the parking lot is filled with vehicles from the church attendants next door who are not even using McDonald's. Making it really challenging for the people who are coming to McDonald's to find parking. Washrooms are a complete cesspool. Urine all over the floor, spit and plhem in the sinks, Coffee is not consistent, and quite often tastes old and burnt. Probably from keeping the old coffee to sell instead of dumping it and keeping it fresh. Pitiful! Extremely poor managerial skills, they seem to focus more on Uber then anything else. Really wish there was another place to get coffee rather then this dump! And it is the number one McDonald's in the country. What a complete joke. Oh the food is nasty too. No one can seem to get such a simple thing right here.

Went thru the drive through got our food and were told to park as our drinks werent ready ... 1/2 an hour later the wrong drinks arrived and what dis we order ... coke zero & coke ... seriously, so we were forced to eat our food in the parking lot because who wants to eat cold fries, and then of course the salt from the fries, which I love, makea you thirsty ... no drinks still waiting !! This is not the 1st time that this location has disappointed !

For a McDonald's this one is nice. Big back patio. Really friendly staff. I wanted a Coke Zero, but it was out. Someone offered to go to the tuck that just arrived and put it on for me.
