Bought two caramel pies. I got home and bit into the pie and it was apple. Manager who handed me my order was on her phone. Terrible service.

When ordering through Uber or Door Dash I have experienced missing order items and incorrect items very often . It seems like the staff don’t care about the customers and for providing good customer service . They can improve . My honest opinion .

What a terrible customer service! I talked to this lady manager to discuss the missing junior chicken that I had order at 1:52pm today. She said “How am I supposed to help you? If you came around 3pm, maybe I could help you.” She think I’m lying and just want a free food. I’m not from Eglinton and Markham area. Well, lady I’m sorry I can’t go to your store as early as you like. I try to let them know of what happened to my order, and she’s blaming me for their crew not giving me the food that I paid for. She said well, she’s not the manager at the time, so yeah.

It's newly renovated but it's so dirty. The tables are filthy.
Food was good but employees should be wearing sweat bands to avoid sweat possibly dripping in the food. To their defence maybe move the food prep station, so that the hot meat isn't cooking directly behind them the entire time there working.
