Staff are courteous and always get a fast service. With the weather in full gear Summer mode, Biscoff Mcflurries and double fudge sundae are in order. We really enjoyed the Biscoff because it’s our favourite cookies with our tea and we love making Biscoff cheesecake. This place is smaller than other Walmart Mcdees that we frequent for our frozen desserts. There was no wait and for a smaller space there’s enough sitting for quick eats.

Was given lukewarm fries with my order. I asked for a replacement of hot fries.
I waited for 5 minutes only to receive lukewarm fries again.
My burger was very sloppy, and the tomato was like almost an inch thick cut of the stem part
Lastly, the cashier Working at the time might as well be a zombie.🙄

Still very slow. They need to go back to the old days when you placed your order, they made it for you on the spot in a minute. Now you have to wait and take a number for 10 to 20 minutes for them to make a coffee for you.

Horrible location. Had to give em my order 3 times for them to repeat it bad and it wasn't difficult. Sausage and egg McMudfin extra sausage Xtra cheese. Got to the window, when they repeat order again they forgot the xtta cheese so confirmed it and they in deed forgot it in my order. When I received the "food" there was no egg. So I backed up to the windows as it was not busy and no one else behind me, I said "you forgot the egg" she asked "there's egg?" I got frustrated and said "yes there is normally egg on a sausage and egg McMuffin" to which she argued with me so I left with my egg less sausage and egg. When earing it the English muffin must have been stale. It was so hard to chew my jaw became sore after only a few bites. Will definitely not be returning to this location. Two starts for atmosphere as there was no line and the place was dead, but I'm starting to understand why.

I wanted to write a compliment to the team and especially Jermaine one of the managers who work here. I already called in a compliment to McDonalds, and wanted to write it here also.

I know this location struggles at times to have orders prepared quickly, and there are times when the staff make mistakes and don't always make eye contact (as some have mentioned in these reviews), but I have found that if you are polite with them, they are polite back. Life can be crazy at times, customers can be also haha. I want to thank the team for the patience it takes sometimes dealing with us customers haha.
Customers also need to learn patience, even myself at times lol.

A special thank you to Jermaine and the whole team at this location, for helping me and my son collect the full Pet Sim 99 toy collection. We almost missed out on the Grey Cat and Tiger, but Jermaine and the team were able to help me and my son with this. This is a memory that may be small to others, but huge for me and my son, as we were building a fun memory together and now have a collection to show for it :)
Thank you for putting up with me and my son every 2 days asking if there was new Pet Sim toys haha
We very very much appreciate the patience with us and helping us get all of them.

I did not give 5 stars for these reasons:

No all day breakfast at this location.
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait. But I'm learning that I also just need more patience haha
Sometimes there are mistakes to the food (but if you have the receipt and be polite to them, they will correct these problems).

Hope everyone has a great day and remember that no one is perfect, and politeness is also a 2 way thing. :) The staff here are all very kind people. I am a regular coffee drinker here, and very very rarely have issues at this location, and when i do, they correct the problems when I let them know.

I hope the team is recognized for the good things they do, and know that it makes a difference to me having such a great team working here. I have severe social anxiety, and this team always makes me feel welcome here. I have been a customer at this location for 7 years and can see the positive changes that have been made over the years.

I wrote a book i know haha lol but it was worth explaining in detail how much I appreciate the work they do here.

Burgers were barley cooked and looked wet and disgusting.
This is the same location I found a bone in my nuggets and chipped my tooth. They told me I could get a free sandwich and want the bone to investigate. Investigate what? If it is rat or chicken? Maybe my dentist will take a free sandwich to repair my tooth.

they did not clean tables and fountain areas on time and did not supervise teens that behave as pigs and leave dining in area dirty!

Vegetarian options: i do not care about veterinarians options otherwise all ok
