I ask for all my food to be well done so it was hot why was all my food room temp why can you guys not follow orders I call the phone to complain n no one wants to pick up I will never go bk to this McDonald's and I will be calling head office learn to listen to your customer when they ask for something

I am deeply disappointed with the management policy at this McDonald's location regarding the provision of water to customers. Unlike other McDonald's locations that I have been to, this particular branch offers only a small cup of water and requires customers to purchase a bottled water if they need more. This policy is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on customer service and comfort. It is disheartening to see such a restrictive approach, and I strongly urge the management to reconsider and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for a mcchicken and 2 coffees. Had to wait for both items (coffee to be brewed and chicken to be prepared (brewed and baked in the oven)). For some reason, no ice cream either at any nearby restaurants. Members most likely forgot my order as they asked “what are you waiting for?” After waiting 10 mins after getting coffees.

I tried to order from this location on skip the dish and to get a value pick burger called mcdouble and it use to be under $4.00 and now ur paying over $5.00 for the burger I couldn't it was over my budget of living in poverty it's not acceptable and accessible not everyone in this community works and is rich prices need to be more better for those living in poverty it's not about the rich it's about odsp and well fair folks I'm a advocate for many years I caint believe my eyes $5 over for a mc double damn 😭
On top of that I have placed my order through skip the dish a couple of times always missing an item from muffin to a burger and fries I had to connect with skip to get skip credits for the missing item it's not hard to read a receipt and follow the order correct. To double check items are in the order bag I use to work in a buffet restaurant and got properly trained.

Burger was dry enough I won't eat here again, poutine wasn't bad for a fast food poutine. Service was good and restaurant was clean.
I hate to leave bad reviews but this one got a little out of hand.... The fries tasted bitter because of the bad oil and the soft drinks tasted like it was mixed with bad chlorine tap water.

I can’t believe a place would think it’s acceptable to serve a sandwich like this. It was absolutely drenched in mayo, sloppy, unappetizing, and totally careless. Zero attention to presentation or customer satisfaction. Do better
