I normally don’t complain but recently I’m always parked for food that isn’t even fresh I ordered a Big Mac and it was so stale and my fries weren’t even fresh it ruined my whole appetite and I couldn’t even eat it. Alongside my root beer recently has been no flavour and they always tend to forget the straws.

I’ve ordered from the McDonald’s for years but everytime I say no cheese, they always give me sandwiches with cheese. I’m very tired of the incompetence that is being go displayed at this location. This is the 5 time I’ve had this issue

The place feels off sometimes, it isnt a bad off but just off. The food i often get are the mcvalue hamburgers and they seem to get my order right. To be honest i dont care if they make my order wrong and its unnoticeable since im just eating food at the end of the day. I do have a concern for how many times the employees take out the trash though as when its usually around 10pm the trashcans in the mcdonalds are full and dont seem to be thrown out till its incredibly full. During rush hours at mcdonalds which is usually during the morning and lunch its hard to get your order sometimes as people crowd around the counter which gets annoying and you might not be able to hear your order being called due to the noise pollution during rush.

I ordered a meal and when it was delivered it was missing the fries. I called the store and spoke to a lady who informed me that it was the fault of door dash even though the bag was sealed. Not very good service. I guess I'm out of pocket for the fries.

New Year has just started and people are tight with money as they pay off their holiday debts. Went in this drive-thru McDonald's at Woodside Square to get a 2 can dine breakfast. Coupon was for $11.58 plus tax which should come out to $13.09. When I checked later I was charged $13.54. They automatically upsized our coffee's without my consent to a medium. This location has done this before and it ticks me off. If it wasn't so close to my house, I would never go here. Avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered online with points and when I get there they dont have the item. So i lose all my points 4000 and paid 13 and change for cheese burger,orange juice and poutine omg

Really bad service. I waited for 10 min for my coffee and had to ask 2 workers if it is ready or not. All workers were talking to each other, even though my coffee was ready they didn’t care to serve.

Lazy employee. I ordered a coffee, I saw they didn't stir it, when I asked if they did, the guy handed me a stir stick. Why am I expected to do the job they are paid for?. Zero customer service.

Terrible service we asked for BBQ sauce and this was with a big order with chicken nuggets so what do I eat it with it not give to us plus when we tried to complain on the phone they instantly cut of on the phone usless service
