I ordered a Juinor chicken sandwich combo and 10 nuggets. They asked what source I needed, and I told them BBQ. I approached the first window and paid, and I told the staff that I wanted Sweet and Sour sauce, not BBQ. She told me to say that too on the next window. I approached the second window and told the staff I needed one BBQ sauce and one Sweet and Sour. She said only one source is free, and I must pay for the second one. I asked her how many sources they would give for 10 nuggets, and she replied that only one was free. My understanding is that I have received more than one source for nuggets in the past. I was shocked that they give only one for free. I told her that I usually get more than one for 10 nuggets. She insisted that I have to pay for the second source. I told her to give me sweet and source and she said ok. She asked me to move to the third window, and I did. Another staff handed me the bag immediately and closed the window. I looked inside the bag, and there were 5 BBQ sources, not Sweet and Sour.!!!!! The staff had already closed the window and left, and I was so disappointed. I didn't want to deal with them anymore. This is not the first time this location screwed up my orders, and I had a few bad customer service from the staff. A regional manager spoke to me over the phone and offered me a free meal as compensation. I told her I didn't leave the survey to get free food. They need to train their employees, especially the customer service…

I would give this location a zero star if I could.
During my visit, I requested a cup for my child, only to have this simple request refused by a Harpreet. Her behavior was petty, pitiful, and completely without justification. The refusal to provide a cup was deliberately mean-spirited.
This incident left me feeling humiliated and singled out in front of other customers. I paid for two brekafast meals. Up-sized both drinks. It’s difficult to understand why such a simple request could not be accommodated.
I expect better from a company that prides itself on customer service and inclusivity. I urge you to investigate this incident and take steps to ensure no other parent or customer has to endure such unnecessary hostility.
Called to complain about this incident, but haven't heard back in the 3-5 day timeline. Had to call again to follow up.

Service is so bad Drive Thru no one is happy, everyone so rude. It takes forever to give the order They don’t say hi, have a nice day, nothing at all. I go every day and ever time it’s super busy and all the employees have attitude and no respect for customers. Management should change

I visited yesterday the McDonald's at Sandhurst and was shocked to see staff preparing sandwiches without wearing gloves 🤔. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. Management, please take necessary steps to address this issue 🙏.
