The manager named Claire yelled at me when I try to return my iced coffee that taste weird (watery). She said its her first time that somebody complained to her. I think her behaviour is unacceptable considering she is in the food service. I confronted her to ask her name and told her that she should treat her customer in a nice way because everyone has a battle to fight that they don’t know. That’s the time she apologized. Then, one of her crew said that her manager naturally sounds like that. Then tried to ignored us.

Typical McDonald's inside Walmart, but this location has more dining tables. Located close to the 401. They have 2 self serve kiosks. Service is quick, as expected.

Very good service. The team here seems to enjoy working with each other. At Cash i was served by Stephy who listened and processed my order (good service). Phiyusha did my mcflurry which was done perfectly. was the most hard working there doing orders and taking cash and when she got time took out the garbage as well. The manager too was helping out and trying to lighten the mood while working well with the team and the guests.

I came to this mcdonalds over the weekend and ordered a fish filet and medium fries. I specifically told the lady I wanted fries. She verbally repeated the order correctly however inputted the order into the system incorrectly.
I waited over 20 mins for my simple order.
They ended up giving me my fish sandwich and a medium coffee. I told them they punched in the order incorrectly. Where I then had to explain to them atleast 5 times I never ordered the coffee I only ordered the fries and sandwich. The lady then asked the cashier who served me and the cashier just told the lady ... medium coffee is what the customer ordered. I do not appreciate being told I am a liar and making me look delusional for a mistake they made. They didn't even apologize for their miscommunication. I had to wait even longer to pay the difference for their mistake with no apology.
They then tried to charge me full price for a medium fries even though i told them several times I did not want the coffee. Finally explaining it to them for the 10th time she fi ally understood.
This location is like a zoo. It's unorganized and they are unaccountable for their mistakes.
I will not be returning to this location again
I understand people make mistakes however owning up to their mistakes instead of making a customer feel like a liar is not acceptable. A simple apology would have fixed the situation.

Ordered breakfast today including pancakes, i believe the manager was the one who packed our order but because he kept chatting with his staff while doing it, he forgot to gave us butter, syrup, utensils. It’s ok to chat but don’t let it distract you from your work.

refuse to sell 1 individual toy. says online you can buy and they refuse to sell. they dont want business they want to waste time. long lines for nothing.

Manager and cashiers don’t follow orders. Refuse to sell happy meal toy to a child. McDonald’s Canada representative already clarified with this location that can sell them individually just not in bulk. I don’t think that team here has any idea what’s going on and I don’t think they comprehend English very well. Scanners also don’t work at all or they don’t train their employees. Probably the latter since the manager doesn’t follow orders
