First time trying their bread and it was delicious ! The bread is soft and really good . Bought some donuts , conchas and some pink cake .Prices are cheap . Will continue to buy bread from this bakery whenever I’m in town .

Sarcasm Is My First Language

I’ve been going here since I was just a kid. I’ve moved multiple times but this place still smells and tastes the same. Their warm pandesal is an absolute staple and nothing can really top it in the GTA. Additionally? I love their Okoy (when they have it) and siopao. Also, the lady there is always so sweet and nice :)). I hope this place never goes out of business, I dont care about gatekeeping it because its just so good. Remember to bring cash!!!

Honestly, Mendoza’s Bakery is one of the few remaining truly authentic Filipino bakeries in the city. The goodies just hit different when it’s made with some TLC.

Bought bicho-bicho, Aling Maring was kind enough to add sugar cause it looks nothing in there. She personally add sugar and handed back to me. Arrived home and excited, but with so much disappointment just on my first bite, I noticed the bread is hard and smells like old oil. I always come for the pandesal which is always perfectly bake. I thought she learned about my complaint 3 years ago when I ordered 50 pcs of puto and it turns out bitter. With heavy heart I say, Please don't sell any food that might be too old or not check prior to selling.

I was a little disappointed with their ensaymada… it did not taste fresh at all and in fact it was a little staled. Their puto was a little under cooked too…Their plantain roll was really good.

Not satisfied with my cravings for Ensaymada, was not that good before. To make it worst, the staff was charging us $1 for a container when we try to order a bowl of Chicken Mami noodles and ask to separate the Broth. She should have gave it for free considering we bought so much foods. Not a good customer service...
