I had a great experience at this sushi store. The sushi tasted fresh and high quality, and everything was nicely prepared. The customer service was excellent — the staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Last time I ordered mango sushi, the mango was unripe, very hard and sour, and completely inedible. This time, when I mentioned this issue while ordering, the cashier showed no smile, no eye contact, no communication, and no apology, and was only focused on typing on the computer. She offered me a 5% discount for paying by Visa (normally cash only) and walked away. I waited a while and asked if the discount was related to the mango issue, she said yes. I asked what would happen if I ordered mango sushi again since my child likes it, and suggested checking the ripeness of the mango or informing customers if the ingredient is not suitable. She responded that mango ripeness depends on the weather, that they cannot tell. I told her that customers should not have to pay money and take a chance on whether the mango is edible or not. She then said that the mangoes come from the grocery store and that they cannot tell if they are ripe, and therefore they would not change anything. I suggested tasting a small piece before making the sushi, but she only said ‘I know’ and left. When I complained about her poor attitude and lack of apology, she said she did nothing wrong and offered to make a mango roll. I explained the issue was her attitude and lack of responsibility. She then said that her bad attitude was because the weather was bad that day. I responded that I was not responsible for the weather and should not be treated this way. Only then did she say “sorry” three times in a very rushed and irritated manner. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I was pushed to leave this review because of the irresponsible and unprofessional attitude. This issue was limited to this particular cashier . In my previous visits, all other staff have been kind and provided good service. (Don’t know y the receipt shows “not pay” but I paid with my visa)
