The Winterlicious meal was a bit disappointing. They did not have the tiramisu. We ordered the creme brulee which was way undercooked, too liquid and not crunchy enough. We should have returned it. They did not have the tiramisu because it was very busy at lunch time the same day. That should not be our problem. We should have been compensated for the undercooked creme brulee (like free coffee and tea). Next time, we will return whatever is not satisfactory. We were sitting by the window and it was very cold. We should have asked to change places.

We were seated 40 mins after waiting ( even though I had a reservation). Didn't get served food or drinks for 30 mins, once seated. When the food came out it was Luke warm and tasteless. I ordered a burger that was very burnt and dry. I usually love coming to this restaurant but this night was mediocre. It took a span of 2 hrs for apps and dinner to come out.

All three Courses were delicious i.e. Roasted Mushroom Soup, Lobster/Shrimp Tacos, Dubai Chocolate. Server Nikki was pleasant and attentive.

The restaurant is very under-staffed during lunch hours when we were there. Though the server had endeavored to respond to customers' request but she is not in the capacity to meet the needs. Food came very late after ordering. I noticed some customers were very annoyed like us in waiting for the food to come after half an hour. It appears the kitchen has not enough food as per menu to serve customers and we have to change the selection after ordering. This is a very strange situation. We went for Winterlicious lunch. According to its website, it starts from $35 for a three course lunch. However, the server shows us a menu at $45 per three course only. When we asked the server why, she answered that if no body ask for it, the $45 one will be the only choice. She was nice to show us another menu with $25 and $35 selection. We are wondering the code of ethic in practice by this restaurant is really exceptional. We will not go there again.

We went for the Winterlicious Dinner menu, I got the Mediterranean Shrimp, Chimichurri Basa and the Maple Creme Brulee and I found everything fresh and amazing portion sizes!

Visited this location this week,compared to 1 year ago,food was very disappointing, the Waiter kept forgetting our order, our appetizer was cold,we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was cold and runny. The place seem run down, this location needs to be updated and the food needs to be better.

The food was amazing except for the Creme brûlée which was ice cold. We were told that they prepare it ahead of time and then put it in the fridge. The service was very slow. We waited over 20 mins to get a replacement desert, at which point we asked for it to go. We also asked on several occasions for some condiments. Nobody ever came by to ask how our food tasted. Our appetizers came without our beverages. We have to ask for that as well. Luckily the appetizers and the main courses were delicious. We have been to this location on several occasions and this is our first OK experience. We were expecting way better service.

The food was disappointing overall. The ribs tasted boiled rather than barbecued and lacked flavour. Service was slow and inattentive, the music was uncomfortably loud, and the experience felt overpriced for what was offered.
The waitress and hostess were both lovely. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Unfortunately, it took a very long time to get our food. The steak was also overdone.

It was loud. Food was ok. Service was sporadic. It varied between being ignored for long periods of time, followed by being checked in on every couple of minutes.

Very very good place and all servers extremely well mannered even if we were people of colour.... I will definitely come back to a place where my whole family was equally treated. Please make sure that your servers see this review so that they also know that their actions and the way they behaved so politely and friendly does not go unnoticed. I tipped them generously that day.

First time I've visited this milestones, I wasn't a huge fan of the set up, too many seats to close together. But as per usual the food was great, there was a minor mixed up which was quickly remedied. Could use minor improvements, overall a good experience.

Happy hours $39 any 3 appetizers. We had calamari, chicken bites and spinach artichoke dip. It was very well done. Add seafood chowder and chicken alfredo. It easy an excellent dinner
