The Winterlicious meal was a bit disappointing. They did not have the tiramisu. We ordered the creme brulee which was way undercooked, too liquid and not crunchy enough. We should have returned it. They did not have the tiramisu because it was very busy at lunch time the same day. That should not be our problem. Visited this location this week,compared to 1 year ago,food was very disappointing, the Waiter kept forgetting our order, our appetizer was cold,we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was cold and runny. The place seem run down, this location needs to be updated and the food needs to be better.
The food was amazing except for the Creme brûlée which was ice cold. We were told that they prepare it ahead of time and then put it in the fridge. The service was very slow. We waited over 20 mins to get a replacement desert, at which point we asked for it to go. We also asked on several occasions for some condiments. Nobody ever came by to ask how our food tasted.
