Honestly I was disappointed. As a sit-in restaurant that serves desserts, I was expecting to eat my desert served on a plate, not out of the plastic container like take out, or my hot drink in a mug not a paper takeaway cup, & customer service was, lack luster, to say the least..lesigh. While it may have been a slow night, a customer should always feel welcomed & such was not the case. I was not impressed. Cute atmosphere & art, but gets a 1/10, wont go back again.

I’ve been to Milky Lane a couple of times now, and I have to say that every aspect of the place is amazing. From the vibrant atmosphere and design, the kindness of the owners and employees, and of course the wide variety of absolutely delicious foods and desserts, I can’t say enough! Service is exceptional, with your order arriving within minutes regardless of your order size. If you haven’t been here yet, I suggest you make the trip.
