This is a small place. If you planning to eat there, there will be no seats. However, this is a takeout strictly place. It will blow your mind with the delicious banh mi and mochi donut. Amazing flavors and tons of selection. This had become my favorite place for banh mi and donuts. 10/10

Fantastic and generously stuffed Banh Mi for very reasonable prices. The bread is the right balance of soft and crusty. The fillings are absolutely heaping and tasty.
Definitely my new favourite place for a quick and satisfying lunch. The mochi are also constantly fresh and delicious.
Bone marrow poutine was decadent and sooo good.

Wanted to try the place out for their donuts. They were sooo good and banh mi was good too. We got a strawberry and milk cereal great texture. The banh mi we got the bulgogi and crispy pork. They were delicious! Staff is so friendly. This is going to be a regular place to visit

One of the best places to not only get mochi donuts but also some delicious banh mi! All the staff there are really great, helpful and knowledgeable with a warm atmosphere! I also go whenever I need a sweet treat or something savory! Thank you for always being amazing!

We were the first customers when they launched their banh mi. We just had their cold cuts/ham one, and man, was it good! Nicely done!
We might go mild instead of medium for spice though. My husband thought the spice level was fine but it was a bit too much for me (even though the heat has subsided fairly quickly).
Their donuts are really good too. It’s not our first time for donuts, but it’s always a treat. The owner/staff are really nice and helpful.
