Picked up a box of mochi donuts from here and I gotta say they were all fantastic! Ordered 3 flavors - ube coconut, oreo cookies & cream and strawberry. Will definitely go back and try the other flavors. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly family owned shop for my favourite place for mochi doughnuts. - doughnuts are always fresh and made consistently the same every time I have come here on weekdays or weekends. - best mochi doughnuts in the city compared to all the other shops -cheapest price and they even lowered their prices this year 2026 -They also have viet banh mi now & cooked food which is very yummy and reasonable price Highly recommend trying this spot! My go to place for mochi doughnuts and tasty viet food. Thank you!

I tried their banh mi and quite enjoyed it! The bread was crispy on outside and soft on inside… and the sausage was flavourful. I wish there was a little more pickled carrots and onions!

I don’t frequent Mochi Doh as much as I do because my waistline will hate me, but their donuts are true Mochi style donuts and they place the toppings on FRESH, so almost made to order.
And now they serve Banh Mi Subs and oh man, SOOOOO GOOD. The filling was just enough and the pate was wow. The bread was PERFECT, made in-house with just the right amount of crunch on the outside and soft chewy on the inside. But it’s something you can’t have sit too long…like any fresh bread (for those that are bread makers IYKYK) because then it’ll get too tough and chewy…but you can always microwave it a bit with a wet papertowel.
I’ve been on the hunt for good Banh Mi and now I think I’ve found it. I don’t know if it’s good or bad because I will definitely be back here TOO often.
Oh and they cater too!

I ordered the lotus donut and there’s no cookie on top. It’s supposed to have one. So disappointed because I ordered this because of the cookie. And the Thai tea is so so, like too much ice.

The donuts were not bad. I enjoyed the crème brule and ube flavours. The store itself looked a little disappointing, didn’t seem too clean or inviting. I ordered the Thai tea as well, it was pretty pricy and had no flavour.

Mochi Doh is such an extravagant place to eat your donuts, me and some of my lads went to Mochi doh and we were 25 cents short but the lady up there said it was fine. 10/10
