I had the worst cholle bhature ever. The bhature were greasy and soggy, completely lacking the fluffy texture they’re supposed to have. The cholle was bland and tasteless, with no spices or flavor. Overall, everything about the dish was disappointing — from the quality to the preparation. Definitely not worth trying again.

First time being there. Place is very isolated and in industrial area therefore we were not sure whether we will find this restaurant. No frill type of shop. When entered it was hot inside but table and chairs were there. Owner Ram Milan is a very nice and genuine person and running this shop since 1987. He is originally from old Delhi area and has brought the real old Delhi style taste with him. Found many type of spicy snacks -kachore, Chak- popular in North Indian marriages and eat with pickle, namak parey, spicy cashew, style and took every thing for testing. Chole bhature are one of the best I tried in Canada and very less oil and medium spicy. This is a hidden gem and I found it from internet. Every north Indian should try this place at least once. Came to know that they do catering and can do on-demand cooking at your place. Their cooking people charge $200 for the day if you require them to cook at your place. Will go again there soon for take out only.

Delicious food, but service is slow and the atmosphere needs work. Best to order takeout and enjoy at home — the flavors are worth it, but the dine-in experience isn’t up to par.

We got a chicken malai, nan and chicken biryani.
The curry and the nan where totally worth the price. Biryani was not that great. But overall for the price this place is really good.

I heard about this place on TikTok and decided to try. I ordered the goat curry, butter chicken, sweet lassi, and garlic naan for pickup.
First of all this place is in the middle of absolute industrial nowhere - as soon as you start to wonder where the hell am I, drive about 5 yards more and then you’re there. I was immediately turned off and regretted the choice when I saw that there was an open bathroom (I could see the toilet with the seat up) with the door open right directly next to a giant kitchen window which was completely open. He had already wrapped up the food, so there was not really any turning back at that point. I think the pricing was fair, for two dishes, plus a naan and lassi I paid $27.
In terms of taste, there was a very super thick layer of oil on top of the goat curry, I took off most of it before I took the picture, but you can see there’s still a lot left. I think the goat curry tasted the best. The butter chicken sauce was good, but the actual chicken pieces were not cooked before they were put in the curry so they were totally white, bland, and tasted like they have been boiled. I’m a really harsh critic of garlic naan and was very disappointed to see that it looked the way that it did because it was immediately clear that it was not made in a tandoor but instead on a stove top. The sweet lassi was good. I think all in all I probably wouldn’t return because of the unsanitary atmosphere, bland chicken, and disappointing naan. I honestly did like the goat curry though so because the pricing is so good, I might return for that.

Place is being run by an old couple for more than 35 years. Their Aloo paratha and chole bhature is authentic and tasted fantastic. The food was served with cucumber chutney, curd, pickled carrots and onions. The place has limited seating with 3 tables and there is ample free parking in the plaza.
