AVOID ORDERING at this place at all costs during holidays. First time leaving a bad review on google. I called one week before to ask if I have to order earlier because of the holidays, the staff told me to just call and order on that day. Ordered by phone on the morning of christmas eve to pick up at 6pm (just one item from the menu). Arrived at 5:45, waited in line for 15mins to just pay for the order, another 45mins to wait for the order to finally be wrapped up. Got my food at 6:45…

The lady in front of me placed her order the day before and was meant to pick up at 5:30 and waited until 6:30 to get her food. Another gentleman in front of me also ordered yesterday and waited for so long, and finally seems like something in his original order was not available and had to swap for something else. They asked him the last minute.

This restaurant we have been to before to dine in during normal days, everything was fine despite a slightly longer waiting time for the table. I didn’t expect to have to wait for ONE HOUR just to pick up a scheduled order.

If you cannot handle the volume of the orders during holiday season, just limit the number of orders you take like other restaurants do! I thought asian restaurants are all about efficiency. Whats the point of keeping your customers stranded at the restaurant for an hour (we don’t even know when our order would be ready so we cannot just walk away and wait at somewhere else).

We pre-ordered for takeout by phone for a later pickup time. They have a rather large menu, and the person who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. Plans changed and we had to call back to change the pickup time twice, they remained friendly and patient, and the food was hot, fresh and ready for when I finally arrived to gather my pick up.

They have choice varies from $15 per person to $60+ depends if you order the set meal.

Great place for seafood, and BBQ duck. (BBQ tofu skewer is also highly recommended)

You get free hot Chinese desserts. Normally red bean soup.
