Mr. Puffs never disappoints, but Saddaf truly made this visit special. His service was excellent, and he was so warm and friendly throughout. It’s always nice when someone genuinely cares about customer experience. Highly recommend!

From the minute, I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee. I told her it was my first time in the store. She helped me with all the options and what was to offer made the experience, fun and exciting after I paid for my order I had a surprise by a little sample of a few of the tiramisu puffs, which were absolutely delicious. I wish I had ordered them. And to top it off, she gave me two balloons for my wife and my daughter, and I will definitely be back just for the customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you so much Mr Puffs mmmm

I've tried a number of other locations, but I have to say hands down, these are THE best Puffs! The quality is consistent, every time DELICIOUS! Even the size and toppings are picture perfect every time. Perfect for school events, fundraisers, parties, etc!

When I went here all the puffs were finished they didn’t have a batter ready.
I had to wait 30 mins for them to make a fresh new batch of puffs.

So I ordered this on uber eats. I eat mr puffs regularly but this time when I ordered my cup of hot chocolate was not filled properly, the topping on the beuno was really less I couldn’t even taste it.

Really good experience at Mr. Puffs on 3155 Markham Rd. The food was fresh and tasted amazing, you can really tell the quality is there. Special shoutout to Santos, who was super quick and clearly knows the flavours very well. He gave great advice on which flavour to pick, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Definitely coming back!

Their lemon mint tea doesn’t have tea at all. I watched the lady make it. It’s TAP WATER and pumps of lemon and mint syrup! It was disgusting

They always get my order wrong, i ordered the dubai iced latte 4x and they will still send me the iced latte. They only change it when i get to order in the store, but when i order in uber eats they cannot replace it
