My first time here, the staff is super friendly and helpful! He explains every step of ordering very clearly! 5 star service!!!

I went to this restaurant to pick up an order and was told to wait a few minutes. I ended up waiting over 25 minutes. When I politely suggested the staff could update the prep time to avoid unnecessary delays, the lady at the counter responded rudely, saying, “Don’t teach me what to do?” She repeatedly told me to cancel the order if I didn’t want to wait, even though she has the option to manage that from her end.

I understand delays happen, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unacceptable. If this is how they treat delivery partners, I can’t imagine how they treat customers when things don’t go smoothly.

I hope the manager or owner sees this and takes steps to improve how their staff interacts with others.

i wish i can give negative stars, the saff thinks of themselves as they are detectives. I placed my birthday order of my dad and they started asking ID and as if I had placed fraud order and ended up not getting my order. Worst location and even worse attitude of the employees

It's way better than subway in terms of price, taste, and quality. I would recommend it to everyone. The girls, who were working over there, were very sweet and helped us to order, especially the girls with spectacles 🤓. Must visit this place if you are nearby or far away.

My friends and I visited Mr. Sub on Saturday, October 19th, around 8:40 pm, about 20 minutes before closing, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. We ordered three sandwiches, and from the start, the service felt rushed and dismissive.

The employee didn’t toast our sandwiches, which wasn’t a huge issue since we planned to ask for them to be grilled at the end. However, after quickly throwing the vegetables on—which made the sandwiches pretty messy—she immediately tried to wrap them up without even asking if we wanted any sauces. When we politely asked her to add sauces, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly reopened the sandwiches to do so. It was clear from her attitude that she wasn’t interested in providing decent service, and this made the experience uncomfortable.

We were patient and understanding, knowing they were preparing to close, but when we asked her to grill the sandwiches, she told us the grill had already been cleaned—even though it was still 10 minutes before the official closing time. We fully understand that staff want to clean up before closing, but it would have been helpful if we had been informed earlier that grilling wasn’t available. Instead, it felt like we were being rushed out and not given the service we paid for.

To add to this, we overheard one of the employees questioning why a new bag of bread was being opened, reinforcing the feeling that they were more concerned about closing up than serving customers.

In the end, we had to take the sandwiches home and grill them ourselves, which kind of defeats the purpose of grabbing fast food. While we didn’t want to make a scene, the overall experience was disappointing. It wasn’t just about the food—it was the attitude we were met with. We’ve been to this location before and never had an issue, but this visit really left a bad impression. I hope this feedback helps to improve the service going forward.

The service at this location is always wonderful. So friendly and prompt.

However multiple times in very recent visits the bread has been what I can only explain what tastes/feels like “day old”.

One time I even made a special inquiry to make sure that the bread was baked that day because of past disappointments.

Just not sure now I can trust to enjoy it going forward if I have to gamble with whether the product will be fresh or really not enjoyable.
