Would rate it 0 if I could. The older gentleman at this location is one of the rudest, most condescending peopIe I have ever met in customer service. For a franchise, it's deplorable how they treat the community they are in. I refuse to attend this location in Scarborough as they aren't welcoming nor helpful. They will lie to you about coupons not working and refuse to help the issue. Several individuals have refused to return here due to the demeanor of their employees. If you value customer service, DO NOT go to this location.
Note to store - I have already reported this treatment and poor service to your district Area manager so no need to ask for more details to be shared. I hope you customers boycott your location - we deserve proper service for our hard earned money!!

Absolutely terrible experience. This location needs to be avoided at all costs. The owner here has no respect for customers whatsoever. He talks over you, raises his voice, yells, and even swears when you try to explain a problem with your order. He refuses to listen, constantly interrupts, and acts like he’s above being questioned.
The food itself is just as bad. The sub was dry, barely any cheese or sauce, the meat sliced paper-thin, and it wasn’t even toasted. When I pointed this out, the owner actually insisted that this is how the sub is supposed to be made. He genuinely believes this low quality is acceptable and sees no issue with it.
No customer should ever be treated this way — being shouted at and disrespected for simply asking for the meal they paid for. The service, attitude, and food here are beyond unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

Old man sits on a seat and watches YouTube. Washrooms closed. How is a person to wash their hands before they eat. Don’t offer dine in if washrooms are closed. Also the man is rude and seems to hate his job. Got mad when I asked my sub to be toasted.

I don’t even know where to start with this store. Today I took an employee for lunch at the Lawrence ave east Mr sub located at the north east corner of midland and Lawrence. I ordered an assorted and my guy ordered an assorted. We literally received our subs with little to no meat. Never asked if we wanted cheese, as it is customary for any other store I’ve ever walked into to do so. Never asked if we wanted our subs heated as well. So, my sub had a very thin layer of meat. As I’m sure they are slicing it thinner than ever. No cheese. It was just about a cold veggie sub x two. No soap in the bathroom as we had to ask them to out soap in the bathroom.i will never go to a mr sub again.

Horrible worst sub I ever had. Hardy any meat on sub, did not put the toppings I ordered, nor did either one come with the cheese I ordered. Also ordered the plain tots, received the spicy ones. WILL NEVER order from this location again and I will be calling head office to report this store

Ordered a Tuna Sub today.
The gentleman across the counter seem tired and ragged. Couldn't hear what I asked for toppings until mentioning a second time.
Bread was fresh but the Tuna...was okay. Too much mayonnaise and seemed like a batch made from the day before.
Ordering counter has chairs in from of the display windows for distance.
Toppings didn't taste fresh and just the odd vibe. I'll go down the street to Subway if in the area next time.

never coming back to this location!! only one man working here and you can tell that he does not care about you or his job by how slow and lousy he was in making the subs. he messed up our order multiple times and didn’t even seem apologetic. extremely sparse on the toppings and didn’t care to ask if we wanted our subs grilled (which is something they do at every other location). there was also a bunch of chairs in front of the counter which made it difficult to order…

Some employee there is very rude. On Mar 3rd, I made an order to pick up at 1:30pm through App. As part of the new customer promotion, the sandwich was free. I called to cancel the order before 1pm, but was told not possible as the sandwich had already been made. I then took bus and arrived at the store around 2:30 PM. A female employee (middle-aged, approximately 45+) rudely informed me that my sandwich had been thrown away in the garbage and she will not make a new one, claiming that 3 hours had passed (not true, only 1 hour). She told me I can pick it up from garbage if I want. She refused to give her name when being asked, and call me stupid. In the end another employee made one for me. Don't go there unless you look for upset in case you encounter this lady.

Went in after 9pm close to closing time and the place was freshly mopped. The person working was very nice and let me know about a flyer that was available for a deal online ordering I believe. My only issue was that there is a topping that I like to add on my sub wasn’t there (green peppers) but everything thing else was great. The service , atmosphere and how the person handled the order. Respectful service and made sure the flyer was out and visible.
