Person who was serving was rude , need to improve some customer service skills. Even he was lazy not even working fast. I wait for 30 min for my order. He needs some good staff. May be saving money on employee cost. Not even gonna earn money if he works like this ?

They don’t use separate gloves for vegetarian sub. He wouldn’t let me redeem my free drink and chips because scanner don’t work he didn’t know about his own brands points system. Ingredients were not fresh.

Never ever again to go there. Some elderly, white male with glasses provides the worst possible service. So cocky and arrogant, should have never be employed. And, it is not only my opinion, two other friends confirm this. Despicable.

Worst behaviour from the cook, he didn’t put sauces in my wrap even tho i asked him to, said “all of them taste the same, its the same thing”. Didnt even grill it, when i asked him to do it, gave me bad expressions. The wrap turned out to be the worst one I’ve ever had in my life. Pathetic customer service, would never recommend!!

I don’t know what happened; but the new guy just doesn’t care, didn’t change his gloves, didn’t wait for the tex max to finish microwaving, didn’t wait for the grill, had to ask me what tex mex looked like. This used to be a great place.

I had a craving for a Sub and thought of Mr. SUB. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana . The woman behind started the making of the sub and while waiting for the chicken to warm up. She asked if I wanted the sub with what it comes with. I told her no onions or hot peppers. I appreciated that!!I got home and enjoyed it !! Yum Yum !Photo shown is an Assorted Sub . Yum Yum !!

The owner of this place doesn’t take on the loyalty for birthday reward. Clearly says on your birthday you can get a free sub on the Mr. Sub website all they want is money and don’t give you the free sub for me being a loyal customer and coming to them often.
2023 they started to become really stingy with the toppings. My pregnant wife wanted extra pickles. They placed 7 pickles on a Footlong sub. I asked how much for 7 more as a joke, was told $2.Good luck with the business.

This location and the location at Lawrence and Scarborough Golf Club Rd and both terrible. They are really being cheap with the fillings. Paid 19.40$ today for a roast beef sub with double roast beef w cheese no other toppings ( used to be a super sub) ( Lawrence & Midland). Got home heated it and was sooo disappointed. There was barely 1 portion of beef let alone the extra I paid for. This is all too common at both the mentioned locations and as a result I will give Belly Buster Subs my business. Expensive but at least you get value for money… no I won’t go to facebook but please have a look at these stores. And improve them…
