I had placed an order on the app using a coupon to get a free sub. Since it was free there was no payment required. After I placed the order in the parking lot, I saw the worker appear within a minute and hang a handwritten sign in the door saying they were not accepting Interac, only cash payments. After waiting 10 minutes, I went in and said I’m here to pick up my order and the worker asked me to show her the order and took a picture of it on her phone . She said she didn’t receive anything as her interac system is down. After she murmured something to her coworker, she very unenthusiastically decides to make the sub. She doesn’t reference the picture she took that outlined my order and asked me what I wanted. She offered white or brown bread to which I pointed out I ordered the cheese bread and she sighed while pulling that out. Then she asked me what other toppings I wanted. It was obvious she didn’t want to fulfill the order and does not seem like a coincidence her interact system “stopped working”. This was my very first time at this location and I will not be back ever again.

i’m usually not one to write reviews but this location got me upset. after getting my sandwiches, i came home to check the reviews and saw multiple one start reviews with other people describing the same issues i experienced. i usually don’t go to mr. sub but i specifically like how they toast their sandwiches so i decided to go get dinner with my mom after several months. i usually go to a different location but i decided to try this location for the first time since it’s closer to my house. i ordered two sandwiches, and the lady kept getting confused between the two sandwiches. i told her i wanted a large white bread and she got a small one and cut it up and then seemed frustrated when i said i wanted large. they seemed more rushed to close up the place than to provide proper customer service. none of the ingredients were fresh and you could tell that by looking at the vegetables as well as the taste of it. the lady asked me if i wanted it toasted, and i said yes, but she probably toasted it for less than 30 seconds. both the sandwiches were not cooked properly. it’s upsetting when the price is high and you receive bad food. i will not be coming back to this location again, as i did not like their customer service, and the quality of the food was very poor.

The sandwich was the most disgusting sandwich that I’ve ever had for Mr. sub the lettuce it looks like he bought a head of lettuce and cut it up like he didn’t put nothing on my sandwich it was a nasty tasting sandwich I will never go back to that Mr. sub again it’s the worst

nice lady serving. but this is the first and last time im coming here. The lack of meat on both of my subs is crazy. 5 pieces of turkey. All i taste is bread. The bread is mid too. Now i know why no one comes here. Thanks for the experience!

First Mr Sub I've had in 10 years and I'll probably wait another 10 after the visit I just had.
Grabbed the new loaded tots and small meatball sub. Firstly told that they don't have the tots and I had to point at the big promo Pic on the window, 10 tater tots and a small spoon of qeuso $4.69, that's nearly 50c per tater tot, that's ridiculous. The pot is half the size of that on the poster so don't be fooled.
Then the meatball sub, grey, flavorless balls of meat, tiny bit of cheese because I asked for it and the smallest squirt of sauce.
Only ok bit was the bread because I insisted on cheese bread and not the plain, old bread that they tried to make it on.
Maybe it's just this location, I'll probably never know as I doubt I will visit Mr Sub again for risk of disappointment.

Woman behind the counter very overwhelmed telling me she has multiple orders due to a 2 for 1 deal and has been working all day. Only had white and whole wheat buns and they were not fresh. When I asked for extra cheese she placed the cheese on top the bun to toast it and had to question her. I too worked all day, actually I just came off a 12 hours shift with mentally challenged young adults, and I still came in with a smile greeting her and told her to take her time. No have a nice evening or anything nice said by her but I still wished her a good night and said I hoped it gets better. She said nothing.sorry that will be my last visit at that location
