The sub itself was good, however I requested fired up and toasted and arrived not heated. This location never follows instructions for delivery

I wouldn’t eat here if you have allergies. The lady making my sub realized that she had put on the wrong meat, then peeled it off the sub and put it back in the container. I asked her if she knew what cross contamination was. She did not.
First of all look at this pic of my sub, where is the lettuce? The bread is thin, not the same quality. I was over charged by $3.00 for two horrible subs and when I questioned the woman at the till she said it was correct (it wasn't). Save your money, this place is under new ownership and has gone downhill. This was always my go to, but we won't be going back! I have tried calling them 4 times to discuss before posting this review but no answer.

I went In today, the worker was making subs for an online order. I was there for about 15 minutes before deciding to leave. The worker was on the phone talking to
Someone, touching his phone with gloves on and then proceeds to make the subs without changing his gloves. Which is nasty, I shouldn’t have to tell the worker about health and safety standards. I use to come to this location all the time when it was good. But I guess they changed management. But I won’t be coming here anymore. Fix up.

Went today to redeem my bogof and ordered the large pizza sub. Ordered the pizza sub on white bread and the bread is stale. The oven looked like it was not on for the day, I told the gentleman that the bread is not fresh he said it was and I said it did not come from the oven as it came from a plastic bag and asked when was it cooked and he said today, I in turn told him I know the bread is not fresh, as I always eat fresh bread and work in the industry and bake bread for a living.
All the bread in the store is in plastic bags like they were made the night before as he showed me other breads that were also in plastic bags.
I would like to know if you bake bread every day as on Sunday I find all the Subways do not have fresh bread.
I am very disappointed as now I have to dispose one of on my subs as the bread is stale as I had intended to take it to work on the Monday as no Mr. Sub is in the Yonge and Shepard area and I really prefer your sandwich’s over Subway.
Just a note I did appreciate your onions were white and not red, which I did not know you replaced them.
Wasn’t open when they were supposed to be… Waited 15 minutes in case the person was just late parking lot unploughed days after the storm… We’ll never return to that location

I ordered 2 large pizza subs from here. They both came with about a teaspoon worth of pizza sauce on each. I ordered them with mushrooms and I can literally count 6 tiny slices of mushroom for a 12inch sub. Literally the worst subs I’ve ever had in my life. I’m a lifelong Mr Sub fan and this is just horrible. NEVER go to this location. They clearly train their employees to be as cheap and scarce as humanly possible. Go somewhere else. Anywhere will be better than this. Very disappointed.

One of the worst service in town for take out!
Awful attitude by staff, said ten minutes to prepare then after ten minutes he said he didn't get the order or the order already picked up he's not even sure but I already showed twice at first and again amidst but he's not paying attention also taking personal calls not even bothering customers waiting for the food
I don't know how he managed to keep his job by maintaining such attitudes

I left while my order was getting prepared because the sandwich maker stopped to answer a phone call with the Mr sub owner and was talking over my food in a foreign language which is disgusting, then with the same gloves he touched the phone with, he also tried to continue making my sandwich with the same glove, I told him to put new gloves which he should know better!! A customer then walks in and he immediately yells saying I can’t serve you for whatever reason unknown to me, while he’s exchanging words he accidentally spat on my sub I told him I don’t want this and walked out. he looked at me like I was the crazy one lol.
To the owners:
None of the people you hire practice proper hygiene or understand the concept customer service, also there is a section where the sneeze guard is missing which I have never witnessed at this location until new owners….
Absolutely disgusting filthy inside. I would hate to see the kitchen. Bathrooms have not been cleaned in months. The workers were coughing nonstop.
Served stale bread! My sandwich was made with a white bread that was stale. Toppings and meats are fresh. Service is good. Bathroom light doesn't work.
