Been there twice. First time on a Sunday when they were out of spicy chicken. The second was an evening they had no bread. Only a six inch multi grain and a footlong moza cheddar. Won't try again.

I’ve been to this Mr. Sub a few times and it’s always a solid choice. They have fresh cookies that they bake themselves every day, and is 1/3 the price of the Tim Hortons’ cookies.

Bread wasn't fresh, do not waste your money at this location, I asked for specific toppings and got literally 4pcs of each, pickles, green olive, green pepper, banana peppers, lettuce and tomatoes! Go to the Coxwell location, you get your money's worth
I'm a MrSub lover because they've always been Canadian based. I get a footling Sub all the time. It's very cheap and in terms of quality, way better than subway. Subway gives me a small sub but it costs more than a large at Mr Sub. The employees are working hard and they're pretty polite. They deliver excellent service. I appreciate them since they serve us pure Canadian food without hesitation. I'm getting fresh bread every time.

After the change in ownership/management, things have become worse. It takes longer to make one sub and during lunch time there's a lineup. I believe the owner is cheating the customers because the bread is smaller and flatter than before.

Been coming here few times a month. Anu is one of my daughters fave staff who always greets us and knows our orders before we even order. She's quick and friendly. Thank you Anu for our delicious meals. The bread is always fresh at this location which is a deal breaker for me.
