2023/07/01. A delicious pastry and pastry shop. The service is friendly and great. The environment is clean and beautiful. I tried a variety of breads and cakes. Order at your own risk. Had a cake custom made for my son’s birthday, and this almost ruined it. It was beyond sloppy, it looked like a toddler put it together. And no, it wasn’t a rush job as they had about a week’s notice. They did offer to redo the cake, but the second attempt was just as bad as the first. I truly wish I had read the other reviews about customized cakes. If you’re planning a celebration and need a cake made, avoid here at all costs (unless, of course, you don’t really care how the cake turns out).

This bakery use to be our go to for every birthday and special occasions. Unbeknownst to us, owner has been switched. We have been ordering from the original owner before a store front was even open. This week we order a cake from them for my husband birthday. It looked like a 5 year old designed it and we paid $140!! We overlooked the design and hope it still taste amazing. During the 20 minute drive home the cake cracked in half and started melting. When we called to explained what happen to our cake, they seem absolutely clueless and didn’t seem to care. We immediately drove back to the bakery and demanded a refund. No explanation why the cake cracked or melted so quickly.
The Captain America is the cake I order for my husband this week, and the other ones are from previous years before owner was changed. Look at the craftsmanship of the previous cakes. Time and effort was put into it. No effort was put into designing my husband cake at all. We will not be returning customers no more.

The items have become very few, and the quality has become very rough. It feels stale, much different from before, and I am very disappointed.
Nana bakery used to be one of my go to place for cakes when celebrating events, not sure if the owner has changed bc I’ve been realizing the change of products and style in the store. The classic cake has been a huge change they look totally different than before, one of my favs was their 6’ chocolate cake, for a decent $37.99 don’t understand how it went up by $7 in just a few days. A lot of the cake cups are gone, they used to have nice flavors like Thai tea, lychee rose, chestnut, earl grey, but it’s all gone! come on guys do better!

Yesterday I heard that the decoration was finally completed, so I went to check it out and found that there were fewer products. The bread was all bagged but not sealed. It looked very unhygienic. The bakery cabinets were not lighted. The whole store felt dark. Opened before it was ready, hope they can adjust back soon

Just walked in here for a latte. It’s a very nice bakery shop, spacious and lots of selections for HK fusion style buns and cookies. Didn’t try the food, but the Latte was great. Staff is very nice and friendly
