I hate leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience tonight was so awful, I simply had to share.
I ordered the yin yang rice, and quite frankly it was inedible. The rice was drowned in tomato sauce (if you can call it 'sauce'). It was strangely sweet (spoiled maybe?) and was basically pink smelly water. The cream sauce had zero flavour and this appalling, revolting, slimy texture. It was like something out of Jurassic Park or Scream.
Then to top it off, the entire dish was buried in a heap of soggy, waterlogged, overcooked, funny smelling onions and tomatoes (see attached). To be honest, I wouldn't serve this to a prisoner.
I didn't bother complaining because the food was cheap (I guess that's the one good thing), and besides the management probably doesn't care anyways. Look at all the other negative reviews and how the owner never responds. But I’m leaving this review to save others the disappointment.

This place has been one of our regular spots since 2015, and it never disappoints. It’s tucked inside a food court, so the vibe is pretty basic — no fancy seats or decor, just a casual, no-frills setup. But don’t let that put you off — the food here is the real deal.
We usually get the white cut chicken rice or soy sauce chicken rice. Both come in classic takeaway-style boxes and taste just like the dishes you’d find in Guangdong or Hong Kong. The portions are solid — enough to fill you up without breaking the bank. The soup that comes with it is kind of bland, but honestly, it’s not the main event.
The service is fast, even during the lunch rush, and the cashier is always friendly. It can get a bit hectic, but that’s part of the charm. Most of the crowd are middle-aged Chinese locals, which says a lot about how authentic the food is.
All in all, this spot offers great value and consistently tasty food. If you’re into Cantonese flavors and don’t mind a casual setting, this is absolutely worth checking out. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

For the price, you really can't complain. That being said, it's still decent Chinese food! Everything comes out hot and fresh
Very affordable dishes with good flavor and huge selections, but they don't skimp on the ingredients. Great value, you will definitely be stuffed.
They are always busy so you will need to wait if you walk in, unless you order in advance. The young lady staff is efficient and quick with taking and handing orders to customers.

I 've been to this place 3 days ago with 4 of my friends. We ordered sweet and sour pork with pineapple; Pork belly with preserved vegetables and Chinese sausage sticky rice. The quality of all dishes are better than what I expected. What I appreciate most is that they didn't put too much MSG onto the food like other restaurants do and overall the price is economical low. The only downside is we needs some patience to look for a space to park our car.
Everything tasted fresh and flavorful .It’s very affordable. Perfect ,Great flavors, quick service. This place is going on my regular list
This is a food court/take-out place. We got one of their 4 dish set combos. They range about $45 -$48 pre-tax with rice. Overall, it was good. The veggies were a bit bland as was the steamed chicken. That said, they give a good portion of ginger-scallion sauce. They also separated the sauce from the fried pork for the sweet and sour pork. So that was pretty thoughtful. Cash only.
Lots of selection and great prices
Order set meal with 3 dishes. The vegetable is horribly old, vegetable fish taste sour, meat dish is fatty.
