I had one of the best experiences at New York Fries on my birthday! I went in as a regular customer (obsessed with their poutine) and used my New York Fries rewards card on my iPhone, it was my first time using my digital rewards card. At first, the one of the employees asked me to find my confirmation email to verify my card, but I couldn’t locate it. I was a bit nervous, but then another employee or maybe manager I'm not so sure, kindly gave me my birthday freebie and two coupon deals ‘Buy Any Size Poutine and Get a Free Fountain Pop.’ That gesture really made my day!
In addition, I got to try their truffle fries samples, which were absolutely fantastic. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but the kindness and service made it memorable. Truly a 5-star experience—thank you, New York Fries!
