10/10 recommend. This is hands down our go-to spot for Sichuan food in the GTA. We’ve tried most of the dishes on the menu over time and loved every single one. Everything is super flavorful and satisfying. Just a heads-up—it’s not shy with the spice!

Lovely restaurant and meal with large portions. We had to take out what we could not finish.
Our server was Jackson who was very helpful and informative. He guided us on the dishes and how we preferred the dish as it was the first time we tried the food here.
Will definitely be back here again. Thank you Jackson.

This was our 5th attempt to dine at Nian Yi Kuai Zi, and it was absolutely worth the wait! The dishes were amazing, full of flavor and perfectly suited to our taste. A special thanks to Jackson, our server, who went above and beyond. He recommended the chicken and fish dishes, paid great attention to detail, and truly made our lunchtime memorable. I was thrilled to try this restaurant after reading so many fantastic reviews! The food truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the scrambled eggs with tomatoes. It might seem like a simple dish, but achieving that perfect, silky, and moist texture is no easy task!
Moreover, our food arrived surprisingly quickly. The service was top-notch! Jackson was incredible — he promptly changed our plates when needed and happily answered all our questions about the menu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

My brother and I went to this plaza to get Korean food and quickly noticed all of the busy Chinese restaurants. We randomly chose this one after seeing how busy it was even on a Monday night and it was the best decision we made.

We ordered Sichuan Boiled Beef with Bean Sprouts, Sauteed Shredded Pork with Woodear Mushrooms, and Minced Pork Fried Rice. Every dish was suuuper flavorful and SO good. The service was really great too - Tony our server and another gentleman (Jackson maybe?) who were both so nice and provided great service. We packed the rest to go and they even added extra chili oil for us. Best Chinese food I’ve had in a while. We will definitely be back!

food is great as always, jackson and the staff were really fantastic too, they provided good food recommendation and awesome customer service, will 10/10 come back and 10/10 recommend others to try this place
