The worst cheese rolls ever. Brought a pack from Bestco and was dated expiry Sept 14. Today's date was September 5th. The cheese rolls were hard and unbelievably any cheese whatsoever. It was like eating hard dough. Opened one up and couldn't believe how much they have skimped on the cheese. So disappointed with this place.
Products being sold at no frills on queen street brampton. Mold clearly visible.

Excellent experience...their pastries are delicious
Norman Sue Bakery is a local favorite for its delicious West Indian & Caribbean baked goods! They sell fresh patties, coconut rolls, and more. The wait time can be a while, but the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a good choice for authentic and tasty West Indian & Caribbean treats!
Parking: A tight parking area, but very close to the entrance.

My sister and her husband niece came from Florida 2 years and I took them there to buy black eye cake. She took them back . They bought 4 dozen and loved them so much. They said it was the best black eye cake they have ever eaten. My sis came back last week and I had to take her back to buy these to take back. Fyi I had to drive almost 1.5 house as I'm driving from kitchener.

I have been a customer of Norma Sue for over thirty five years, it seems as though it’s the grand kids who are running the business now. I was in there and I said to one of the kids how can you close the business at 4:00PM, that’s when most people are leaving work, she took offence berated me to the point where I a grown man apologized run your business the way you see fit.
Needless to say I have never gone back nor will I ever go back, have refused to even buy NormaSue products from the West Indian market near me.
Fresh bread and all kinds of pastries.

When you are looking for fresh and tasty west Indian and Caribbean baked goods, this is the place. They made it easy for my last event. They are also the ones that supply many grocery chains and stores with West Indian style Rotis or Roti skins as some may call them. You can't get better in the city for the quality and the price that is hard to beat. Where else can you just walk into an pick up thirty freshly made Dhalpuri Roti skins without notice? I can't think of anywhere, only here. I am sure they can make your next family event easier on you. The only problem is when you get to their location you are sure to find many more things that you want to buy and taste. So remember to not go their hungry. That was my mistake last time. It was a mistake that I was happy that I made.
Vegetarian options: Many baked goods.
Parking: There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that allows ease of access right to their front door.

Stale food and cakes during the week. I was told they are fresh on weekends. No wholewheat items. I recommend Narine Bakery for fresh and wholewheat items.

Really good bakery for the West Indian community. Went to get some plait bread for Xmas. Called ahead and placed my order thinking they would be sold out. But they had catered to the Xmas crowd and stocked enough for walk ins. Picked up dal puri, Chinese cakes and pine tarts. The cakes were really good! Dal puri is good. The bread I found a little sweet but when roasted up like we do back home, it really reminded me of my childhood!
