Fresh baked goods all the time
Currants Roll reminds me from back home in Trinidad.
Today I came to the bakery to make a purchase. I asked for pine tarts and cheese rolls. The man cashing out in a red shirt, took his bare dirty hands and started filling the containers! He had just handled cash with another customer and did not wash his hands and wear gloves! so disgusting! I told him didn’t want them!! You all should know better by now, after being in business for so many years! Hand hygiene basics, train your staff or get rid of those that are too lazy! Hire the right people and pay them fairly
Excellent experience, from beginning to end. Recently ordered some desserts from them for an office event. They were very patient and responsive to my many questions via email, and being available on Uber eats allowed for convenience. The salara was obviously baked fresh the day of (still warm by the time they were delivered) which was an added bonus and a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend and order again.
I used to love Norman Sue’s bread and pastries until as of recently I notice that every time I buy their plait bread it starts moulding the next day I buy it and this is not the first time. Today is May 4th and the expiry date says May 10th and it’s already moulding. I’m just thankful I saw the mould before I ate it and potentially got sick. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed before someone does get sick. The expiry date should not be extended if the bread is going to be moulding before its time.
Excellent

The worst cheese rolls ever. Brought a pack from Bestco and was dated expiry Sept 14. Today's date was September 5th. The cheese rolls were hard and unbelievably any cheese whatsoever. It was like eating hard dough. Opened one up and couldn't believe how much they have skimped on the cheese. So disappointed with this place.
Products being sold at no frills on queen street brampton. Mold clearly visible.

Excellent experience...their pastries are delicious
Norman Sue Bakery is a local favorite for its delicious West Indian & Caribbean baked goods! They sell fresh patties, coconut rolls, and more. The wait time can be a while, but the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a good choice for authentic and tasty West Indian & Caribbean treats!
Parking: A tight parking area, but very close to the entrance.
