One Plus One BBQ

I don’t know why the rating is low for this place. As someone born and raised in northern China, I can testify the authenticity and the flavor.
The owner treats you like family, with generosity and care.

said is Ready to pickup and we sit there waited 30+mins... staffs just chatting around not care we are waiting at the dining at all until we ask them again 👍

To start, the menu was not very appealing. Then we ordered something combo set for 2 so we didn't have to pick. Interestingly, this combo wasn't listed on the menu.
Combo had lamb/beef/ sausage on skewers, a cucumber appetizer and something spicy chicken (looked like popcorn chicken).
Beef and lamb on skewers were just okay. Chicken was unappealing, it was more batter than meat. Cucumber was good and crispy.
We were looking for noodles and the menu offerings, many plain noodles.
Perhaps we didn't order the right items, but we couldn't find ones that we liked.
Pretty sure this was our first and last time here.

We’ve been coming here for years — still just as good as always! Tastes exactly like real Northeastern Chinese BBQ. So good! Other BBQ places are often crazy spicy, but here the flavor is perfect — super tasty and just the right amount of heat. Love this place!

Not gonna lie I had one of the best meals ever today here... Got the set for 2. So many flavors and taste of everything was really good! Really reasonably priced too. I will definitely come again and recommend to all my friends

I understand that Saturday evening is a very busy time, but a table of guests who arrived much later than us received their food first. The service today was truly disappointing. There wasn’t the slightest sign of apology, and in the end, we had to take the last order of lamb skewers to go
After thinking it over carefully, I’ve decided that our family will not be coming back.

Food is nice. Service is also good and efficient. The major disappointment is having a lady doing the skewing right in the dining room instead of inside the kitchen. I think the health department would frown on this practice.

Skewers are probably the only thing you should order here. Look at this sad excuse of BBQ squid for $13!
